Rebeca helped me with my check in and was very helpful with explaining everything. Resort is beautiful and very festive with all the decorations, given the holidays. We also hear great professional singers in the lobby area. Excited for our full stay.

Great times
2nd time here. Joel and Jazmin were awesome. They were helpful and the resort was clean and fun. We had a great time. The weather was beautiful and the pool was great. The sun is out and we can do whatever we want. I'm sure you will have a great time.

Above and Beyond Service!
We love Hacienda Encantada! This our 2nd time here and we will come back again and again! Joel the manager is wonderful and made sure our stay was magnificent! Jazmin at check in is so kind and amazing! Everyone at this resort goes above and beyond for their visitors! Highly recommend coming here!

Beautiful Resort
The resort is over the top beautiful made so much more enjoyable by the awesome staff. I appreciate all that they do, too much to fit here. Only negative would be having to get front desk clearance to leave the resort on two occasions. I guess we're sus : )

I've been here many times since I own several contracts here, and I've never seen so many breakdowns and disrepair. Pool, hottub, and walkway tile issues; breakdowns of hottub heaters and elevators; and a lack of cleanliness of common areas. This used to be a fabulous resort for owners, but it's now more of an aging hotel for one time visitors.
