A Magical 10-Day Stay at Hacienda: 12 Years of Unmatched Hospitality
Our family of eight just wrapped up an unforgettable 10-day vacation at Hacienda, marking our 12th consecutive year at this incredible resort. While the breathtaking views are always a highlight, it’s the people—the dedicated staff who treat us like family—that make this place truly exceptional. El Patio: Poolside Paradise For 10 days, Ingrid, Gerardo, Omar, and Gustavo at El Patio transformed our poolside moments into pure relaxation. By day two, they already knew all our names and favorite orders. Their warm smiles and genuine care made every day feel special. Ingrid, in particular, stood out with her kind and contagious energy—you can’t help but smile when she’s around! El Eden: Dinner with Juan Juan at El Eden is hands-down the best! His humor and attentiveness made every meal with him unforgettable. In fact, we even skipped other dining spots just to enjoy his company again. Dining with Juan wasn’t just a meal—it was an experience. Seamless Hospitality: Front Desk Heroes From pre-arrival coordination to check-in and check-out, Jasmine, Jose, Kenny, and Joel at the front desk made everything effortless. Their efficiency and friendliness set the tone for a smooth and stress-free stay. Breakfast Magic at Las Marias Breakfast quickly became our favorite part of the day, thanks to Juan and Roman at Las Marias. Juan remembered all our names and orders and surprised us daily with special drinks and unique treats—like the unforgettable Mexican coffee! Their thoughtfulness opened our palates and warmed our hearts, making us feel like old friends in just a few days. Sterling’s Unforgettable Magic Show Sterling’s magic show was a highlight of the trip—the best we’ve ever seen at Hacienda. His pre-show greetings, heartfelt post-show thanks, and time spent teaching the little ones magic tricks melted our hearts, especially as parents of a three-year-old. His talent, kindness, and genuine spirit left a lasting impression. Why Hacienda Feels Like Home Traveling is one of life’s greatest joys, but it’s the people you meet along the way who truly elevate the experience. The team at Hacienda goes above and beyond, year after year, to make us feel at home. Their kindness, dedication, and hard work are unmatched, and we’re endlessly grateful for their care and hospitality. We can’t wait to return and see all of these wonderful people again. Thank you for another magical stay, Hacienda. Happy New Year! The Anderson family (Vicky, Mallauri, Curt, Mike, Ryan, Michael, Alex and Muary)

Enjoyable all around
Juan de Dios at El Eden and Isabel at the il forno pool gave us amazing service! We came in January 2024 and again in December and had an amazing time. Family friendly resort, activities and entertainmwnt for all. 4 pools and tons of restaurants with the all inclusive

Amazing staff
The constant tickets for every single thing is annoying and also a lot of extra work for the staff. David in check in Karla in concierge Louis at the pool were extra amazing but all in all everyone was awesome! We found the food very good but some areas of the hotel could use extra staff as service takes a very long time.

Gorgeous resort!
The resort and food were absolutely fantastic—such a beautiful location! We really enjoyed the staff at the restaurants, the pools, and the friendly cart drivers. The rooms were gorgeous, and we could see whales right off our balcony. However, we were a bit disappointed with how the onsite activities and events were communicated. We often stumbled upon things like a magic show, karaoke, or live music by chance, which was fun, but it would have been much better if there had been a way to know what was happening each day. A flyer, text updates, or signs listing daily events would have been helpful. Also, on our first day, we found that all the restaurants were fully booked, so I would strongly recommend making dinner reservations in advance before you arrive at the resort.

Juan de Dios is a stud.
Juan de Dios is the absolute stud of Mexico. And I’m not even gay. But this rockstar makes me feel warm inside. He’s a good dude and makes everyone feel welcome. Welcome people. Enjoy. ………………….,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,……….,.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
