Dec 21, 2024Very hott!!!!
My vacation was from Dec13-21, 3024. From Dec 16-20, 2024, the a/c unit for the entire hotel went out. The staff was extremely nice and respectful during this time. The only drawback is, although the management was very nice, they would not provide with any compensation. I also called corporate but they referred me back to the hotel with no help. Hilton when I paid alot of money to you guys. I don't remember a hott hotel being in the fine print!

Although i saw unpleasant reviews we beg to differ, here is our experience. Reception is at 16th floor, the guards or entrance attendants were nice and accommodating. The pool watch guy on the afternoon is rude and does not have customer service. Breakfast staff were hospitable as well as the reception staff. Rooms for us were clean stayed at rm. 1099, although the towel holder is rusted it is still presentable to look at. Gym and pool were well maintained. It has a starbucks, gift shop and a burger king tenant below Plus is it is near to the party bus stop which parks to pick up customer just at the junction

Just because it’s tropical weather doesn’t mean hot water isn’t necessary
Came in for a wedding and I’m a Hilton Diamond member so I figured why not stick with who I know. BIG mistake, quality is incredibly low compared to other properties even on that strip. Biggest issue? No hot water. Ever. Not once the entire time we were there. Which was 6 days. We asked about it and just got told they were working on it. Guess they figure you don’t need it since it’s a warm country. But cold showers are tough when it’s been a breezy cold night as well.

Great location
The location was excellent, located near restaurants, shopping, the beach, great free breakfast, excellent service, great views, rooftop pool and gym outstanding although the gym is small but it's on the rooftop so space is limited, would I stay here again, absolutely!

Air conditioning
For the positives - the staff were very professional and the pool is quite nice. The hotel is well located, a short walk from the beach. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in my room did not work. I checked in a 11 pm and noticed the air turned off after 20 minutes . I informed reception about this twice and I was told it would work shortly. Each time the air funded off after twenty minutes. The third time , I was finally moved to a new room . This was at 330 am. The weather was 95 f and humid. The room without ac was unbearable. The manager agree to provide one night of compensation at any Hilton. This compensation was never issued and my follow up email has gone unanswered.
