Diego & Kevoy made our trip to the Hard Rock Hotel in Cancun. We were treated like rock stars from start to finish, they were both so amazing and helped us with anything we needed from restaurant reservations, lounge & beach chairs they had it covered. Can’t wait to go back again soon to experience their professional hospitality.

Jessy and Manuel were very helpful. Always there to resolve issues and address concerns. Great at communicating with our family. Jessy’s special lunch was one of the best meals. Would definitely request as our butlers on next trip. Excellente!

Nov 28, 2024Hotel needs a make over and be aware of the hard sell!
Be cautious as they try hard to sell you their vacation package! Staff called our room every morning and invites you to what they call a "VIP" breakfast. Plus this hotel could use a make over as many areas need a fresh coat of paint. Finally expect to wait for dinner. Although there are 3 restaurants they do not have the capacity for the number of guests. Food is marginal at best.

Bliss on the beach
Was here for my wedding with a lot of my family. Diego & Kevoy were amazing to work with. They were on top of everything & always had a smile on their face. They made enjoying our trip so much smoother. & the pool staff was excellent as well! They deserve more time off 👏🏼

Great visit.
We had Diego and Keyvoy as our butlers and they were fantastic. They took care of every reservation and appointment (golf/spa) that we needed. They made sure we had a spot at the pool every day and delivered with every ask we had. We will request them next time. The Halloween celebration by the pool and the party that evening were very fun. The employees did a great job dressing up and entertaining everyone. There were two negatives for us. The over powering air freshener at all the Hard Rock’s makes it difficult for me to hang out in those areas. People who are prone to headaches/migraines will find this very hard to put up with. Also, it was disappointing that we were in Mexico and didn’t get to enjoy Mexican food one time. Thank you.
