I have stayed at the Hard Rock Cancun before with my family and had a great time. This trip I took a client and his wife, for a relaxing enjoyable New Years and week of warm weather. A shout out to all the employees, they all worked hard to accommodate us. My complain to directed at the management, two days in a row our room wasn't cleaned even though we brought to their attention. It was almost a third time but they sent someone up to clean it. The restaurants were nice but if you don't eat early your in trouble of not getting into any of the restaurants. They only have one restaurant that takes reservations, all the rest are first come. A free bottle of sparking wine left in our room was removed just because we didn't open it the first day, they did offer to replace it the last day. I would return again but maybe not with clients.

We had a wonderful time with our group of 13. Jessy and Kevoy were absolutely amazing. Took care of our every need the entire stay. Cannot say enough about them. The food was great, probably better than any all inclusive we have been to. Will definitely be back

Amazing amazing week! Long and straight forward review.
Honest and straight forward review here from someone who travels and likes to stay at nice resorts all over. This hotel and trip exceeded what we thought we would get. From the moment of check in to the end of the trip the service from anyone who was working the property was not only professional and fast, but so friendly and warm. They would do anything for you. We were so impressed with that. The rooms are great, hot water anytime we wanted it. Clean water and my wife and son loved the big bath tub. Housekeeping was excellent and we always returned to a fresh clean room everyday. The pool was amazing! The view from it is so beautiful and the water and temp was perfect. There was always someone around cleaning it and Making it sparkle. Both bars in the pool offered excellent service and drinks. Chairs do get taken fast but the staff will always find you a place to lay down and relax. Towels are ready all day and easy to get. The beach was gorgeous. We were shocked. Beautiful white sand and light blue/turquoise water. What else could you want! So beautiful! The food was fantastic. First off - the buffet. Whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner there is always tons of selection, tons of fresh food and fresh fruit and something tasty to eat. We ate so well. Not only was it tasty but my wife and I both remarked on how well the food sat with us. No stomach issues at all. Christmas dinner was incredible. Turkey/ham/salmon/prime rib/lobster and more! I mean come on that’s pretty ideal for a meal! The restaurants in the resort look great, we only went to the steakhouse and it was nice. With a 4 year old we did mostly buffet. There is a 24/7 cafe with drinks, coffees, ice cream, sandwiches and snacks. Super convenient. There is also a pizza and bbq spot by the pool. Wood fired pizza, hot dogs and hamburgers, nachos and fries. Also very good and convenient. There is 24/7 room service and tons of awesome options and it’s very quick service. The kids club for children was awesome. Our son loved to go for a few hours a day and we would have some time to ourselves. There is also a kids pool area with slides and water features. It was very fun and great for kids. They even took the kids to make pizza one day and then eat it fresh from the oven. It was such a fun time for all the kids involved. Overall this place was really really excellent. We’ve had our share of great places and some bad experiences, but we really didn’t want to come home. We all just loved it. It was the most relaxed and happy I’ve been in a long time. I highly recommend it!

Hard Rock Cancun is a wonderful place for vacation!
Our stay was wonderful. I have never been and heard how terrible it would be. The bad reviews are wrong. Great staff as we met Francisco to answer our questions. Then, Alexis was in contact with us everyday. If he wasn’t available then Manuel was there to help. On third floor, a great place to eat. Plus Oscar and Willy got towels and drinks for us!! Plus every morning, Roy waited on us for breakfast. We had wonderful, kind and grateful staff everywhere. Our room was on the 11th floor with an ocean view and cleaned everyday. Hard Rock Cancun is a wonderful place. I am ready to come back next year with family.

Great New Years Family Trip
Ernesto and Rodrigo were both great! They were very attentive to all of our needs during our stay. We hope to have their assistance during our future visits. This was our first time at the Hard Rock Cancun. Looking forward to checking out the other Hotels from this family.
