The setting is great, but what makes HRLC awesome is the staff, in particular Ary, Oscar and Atzin. They handled every request quickly, almost anticipating our needs. They kept us informed on the events at the resort and were great at reserving chairs at the pool. We were celebrating a birthday and they provided multiple cakes and decorations! They really know how to treat their guests. Can’t wait to return!!

Top Notch!
WOW! What a great trip! Cant say enough of how beautiful the grounds were, food was excellent, and the service received by the whole staff was Amazing! Shout out to Danny Blood/Rafel Torres for the 10/10 concierge service, these guys were the best. I highly recommend upgrading for the Rock Royalty perks. The Resort is a bit of a drive from downtown so if you don't plan on leaving everyday it is worth it. Thank you HR

Trip to Hard Rock Cabo
Love the atmosphere! Staff very friendly, butlers were amazing, activities staff outstanding! A lot to do, pools were wonderful. Oceanview, breathtaking, wait staff was attentive and very nice. Restaurants were inviting and food was delicious.

Concierge helped us retrieve our phone
Jason from the help desk helped us track down our phone that we left on the shuttle. He also stood with me to make sure I got the phone. I couldn’t have asked for more. Past this the rest of the trip was great. Service was good all around and the food was terrific

Kids club is awesome
Staff, food, drinks were excellent. I would like to take this opportunity to thank and highly recommend the kids club and Teen club. I traveled with a 4 year old and 6 year. The kids LOVE the kids club. They begged to go there and be there all day. Zaida, Jacky, Ashley, Sonia and Ximena, adored children. They have lots of activities and adventures by the hour for the kids. They speak English and Spanish. Beyond friendly. I highly recommend to drop off the children at the kid club.
