Awesome 10 days at Hard Rock Los Cabos Rhythm pool was great during our 10 day stay Stephanie, Santos, Ruben, and Carlos were great at the pool with drinks and whatever we needed Oscar and Atzin were awesome butlers Giovanni at Ipanema was awesome as was the food there Manuel at Toro was great and so was the food The Market was solid for a quick breakfast and lunch Zen was also great for ala carte and teppanyaki and the service was excellent Ciao was very good The entire staff was great to work with as usual The whales and releasing of the turtles added to the excellent vacation!

Fantastic service all around
Traveled to Hard Rock Resort in Los Cabos for a friend's birthday Nov 2024 and had a great experience. Resort is laid out in away that our rooms were separate from the noise which was just a 5-10 minute walk (not too big of a resort it takes 25 minutes to walk to your room). Several restaurants include teppanyaki grill (best fried rice ever), steakhouses, fantastic brunch buffet spreads, and 24-hour room service (all inclusive). Adults only pools, family friendly fun pool with DJ and water activities, and quiet pools tucked around corners for those seeking peace. There is space for everyone. BUTLERS & SERVICE: Salvador, Rafael, Manuel, Neto, and the whole staff provided exceptional service the entire weekend. Highly recommend Salvador and Rafael for a butler service. This upgrade is worth it. Don't chase eservations and activities. Let the butlers schedule experiences and expedite missing amenities. Salvador and Rafael checked on us every day via text and in person to make sure we were happy with our service and to confirm our evening reservations/plan which was gret when we wanted to change times or plans based on our mood. It made our stay so much more relaxing and without a worry in the world. They were always smiling and eager to please. ADULT ONLY POOL CABANA: Highly recommend reserving cabanas at the adults-only, oceanside Rhythm Pool. Just over $100 for the entire day for a cabana so we could tucked out things, have shade, and great service. Received phenomenal food/drink service from Manuel and his partners who provided fast service, very personable, learned our preffered drinks right away, and treated us like VIPs and friends which we loved. Neto was our server at the Lyric (main) pool for a day and truly made us feel like VIPs as well. We also cash tipped the whole trip and most of us being (previous) servers ourselves, we took care of the staff as they took care of us. CON: Only downside is the vacation home promotion during the stay. We received promotional phone calls before 9am the first two mornings of our stay. We let our butlers know and they spoke with management/staff to stop calling. Again, the butler servicewins again. When you check in, perhaps address this with the front desk. No calls before 9am. BONUS ACTIVITIES: We went bowling which was a fun break after dinner, watched baby turtles released into the ocean at sunset, ate at all of the restaurants which were all delicious, and experienced the Immerse Yourself dinner which is 7 courses with 7 cocktails so prepare yourself (this was extra). If you are looking for a highly formal, stuffy, VIP experience, this is not the place for you. However, if you want to feel like you are hanging by the pool with your favorite servers and bartenders taking care of you, and you want the flexibility to dress up or dress casual and still fit in, book this trip.

Hard Rock Los Cabos
If you need a quick get away of just R&R this is your place, Everything from the time you set foot you will enjoy! The food, staff,pools, entertainment is on point. Los Gallos is a must restaurant their corn pancakes are delicious! you will go back for seconds, everything on the menu is delicious! Toro, Zen delicious. Thumbs down on the Awaken you’re senses , not worth the money Entertainment my 5 stars to the International Divas show is at 10 in Lobby … they really deserve a daily show in the big theater! They are that good !

Our new favorite resort
My family and I have been to many resorts all throughout Mexico and this one is our new favorite! I had yet to visit a resort where ALL of the food was delicious. Every à la carte including the pool side food was outstanding. We’d also like to specially shout out Manuel, Braulio and Alfonso for providing exceptional service for our two dinners at Toro, where the clam chowder soup is an absolute must try!!! Oscar at the Eden pool was excellent during his live music set. I honestly could’ve taken down every staffs member name for this review because every single one encountered was so friendly and helpful, truly remarkable and noticeable as soon as you arrive to the resort. Each pool has its own swim up bar and hot tub which was a plus. In addition, the pool side service was quite excellent overall. I usually find it’s hard to get consistent service, even with great tipping, but here the waiters notice you sit down and come and greet you and introduce themselves for the day. They brought food and drinks promptly! There was also excellent lighting in the bathroom for makeup application and a large full sized mirror which is a must as a women!! Also CLEAN, the pools, the floors, rooms, everything so clean! Well worth the cost for this resort. Thank you all for a great week at Hard Rock Los Cabo!!!!

Amazing
Dany and Raul did a wondrrful job as legendary butlers. Always making sure I had every thing I needed. Very attentive to me during my stay. Making sure my reservations were made. Meeting at the market for breakfast taking of my spa reservations They took my experience to the next love. I appreciate it so much. It was like being with family
