The wedding was beautiful, Zen was so yummy, the staff is superb

We loved our Butlers, Danny Blood and Ted Lima!! The shows were great, we were impressed with how hard the staff works to make sure everything is perfect. We loved our room with the balcony. My Son and new daughter in law s wedding was beautiful and perfect!

Best quality all-inclusive yet!

Fantastic quality of food and drinks. We’ve been to several all-inclusive, and this one has been the nicest. Every restaurant was better than the next and the Los Cabos Arch sunset cruise was amazing. Chetan Phondekar was our butler and was always on the ball with everything we needed.

Extremely kind and helpful staff!

Had a great experience! Room was very nice, food was pretty good for an all-inclusive, and the staff were amazing. Humberto was our server by the pool and remembered us for several days and was extremely kind, welcoming, and hardworking!! Downsides: - check-in desk was slow/inefficient/seemed to be not fully staffed - cannot uber/lyft out of the resort, have to use provided vans/taxis which were expensive, and in general the hotel is not in walking distance by any means or even close to other spots in Cabo

Oscar and Atsin are the best

Every time we visit Hard rock Los Cabos it does not disappoint. The attention to detail and the unwavering customer service offer proof that this is a must do Resort. Its beautiful setting is only matched by its people. The people that work at this work at hard working and so kind and helpful. You are nothing without your people. Our butlers were Oscar and Atsin. We have been to manyHard Rock resorts, these two are the best we have ever had. Ever. Can’t wait to come back next year

Amazing experience and kids club

We had a great experience staying here. All of the food and drink was excellent, the hotel was well maintained, the service was amazing but above all, the kids club was absolutely fantastic. The staff there really made us feel comfortable and our little girl adored the staff there instantly. There was a well organised schedule with a variety of activities and our daughter wanted to go back there daily! Thank you!
