Lety from Rock Royalty was exceptional. She made our stay much more enjoyable. Set up dinner and club reservations. Also helped us get food delivered when it was not available. She gets 10 stars. ⭐️ I would highly recommend you ask for her directly.

Awesome Resort
This is our third trip to Hard Rock in Los Cabo. We LOVE this resort - the food, rooms, staff, cleanliness. We are able to watch whales right from the pool or our room. This last trip we loved Felix the waiter - he was attentive, prompt and had an amazing sense of humor. Highly recommend this resort!

Roxity Kids Club knows how to bring the fun!
This review is for the Roxity Kids Club! Ximena and the team are super fun and inviting. My daughters are 6 and 3, and because you have to be at least 4 to leave your kiddos there, I had the pleasure of joining in on the activities while I supervised my younger daughter. The crafts are cute and the face painting alone was a highlight for both my girls! The kids club also goes to the pool during the daytime to do diving and play games :) even though we didn’t leave the kids with them during pool time, they still welcomed our kiddos if we were by the pool. If you happen to stay when they have pirate day, the treasure hunt was so fun! The kids got to find clues around the entire property and “fight” other crew members with foam swords as they journeyed to their hidden treasure chest (full of candy)! The girls were sad to say goodbye to Ximena on check out day. Muchas gracías for making our kids’ stay super fun!

Felix at the lyric pool was the best
Felix was the best! Great friendly attitude at the pool. Very attentive, super kind, quick and made our trip super enjoyable. We stayed for a few days, we are members now for 15 years and he has been one of the best. He works so hard and it was a pleasure meeting him.

Best Mexico Vacation
Danny, Sal, and Laura truly made this trip memorable! Ask for them to help you during your stay! The resort was beautiful and the amenities were top notch, especially the Spa. The food was great as well and had good gluten free options, and when options weren’t available they made me special gluten free food off the menu. I will be coming back!
