Playground Paradise
Activities include playing in the giant ball pit, crossing the crocodile river, gliding on the mini zip line, and sliding down various slides. This is in addition to the obstacle structure we’ve had in operation for several months, which consists of an elevated obstacle circuit at 12 feet (3.65 m) high with varying levels of difficulty.
To use the obstacle course, slides, and soft play area, parents must read, agree to, and sign the Vibe City liability waiver. No child may enter the areas without the supervision of a parent or guardian. Children can use both amenities as often as they like, always following the instructions of Vibe City staff. The soft play & slides area includes 8 obstacles, 6 slides, plus a toddler area for children aged 0 to 3 accompanied by their parents. The large obstacle course features 17 different obstacles, 3 exits, and 1 entrance, all within a safe environment of nets and soft platforms.
The maximum capacity is 10 for the toddler area (including parents and children), 15 participants for the soft play & slides, and 18 participants for the obstacle course at the same time, plus 2 staff members.

Rules

We had a wonderful stay at the Hard Rock Riviera Maya! Our stay wouldn’t have been made so great without our butlers Mayfer & Paola. They did an amazing job ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible and we couldn’t have asked for better.

Carlos made the trip amazing!!! he brought a lot of energy & made the trip very amazing!! especially because he wore a eagles jersey! Carlos is very friendly & makes sure everyone is having a good time! Hopefully he is paid very well, whatever it is… give him a raise!!!!!

Prices are dropping because they're management is terrible and they don't deliver on their promises. Bottom line is don't go there expecting things to be as their advertised because if you do you'll be very disappointed. I know for an experience.

As a couple who have stayed here before on birthdays and even got married here, the experience fell short this time. The adults only section got severely reduced and most of the sitting area around the pool is now for their Legendary members, and while the pool is super pretty, I think that the adults only kind of travelers got crammed into a much smaller space that only Legendary members can be really comfortable in. Most of the staff were really nice, specially from the restaurants, but the pool service and poolside bars/snacks are not as good as they used to be (except for the bartenders). Room was still pretty but definitely a lot more worn down and not as clean as we were used to, and also, even though since we booked and contacted the staff before our stay, requesting birthday amenities, even while mentioning it at check in and to several staff members who promised to make sure we got them, we got nothing and that was highly disappointing. The only people who did mention something about it was the Awaken your senses staff, who btw did an amazing job. We are leaving with mixed emotions since we loved this hotel and kept coming back to it and this time, we found ourselves unable to not compare the quality of service here in relation to other hotels we have been at that gave us a much more elevated experience for the same price we paid here, so with all the pain in our hearts, I think we will not be coming back for a good while.

Amazing!
Reed, who is part of the entertainment crew, has gone out of his way to make my family and I feel welcome here at the Hard Rock. He made sure to say hello every time he saw us. He made the pool a party and got everyone involved. He works very hard and deserves the world! All employees at the Hard Rock PVR are top notch! I will definitely be back
