    Everything was just ok….wont go back. Beach was disgusting because of seaweed. Food was hit or miss.

    My husband and I went for 7 nights in March 2025. We stayed in a serenity level, beach front swim out suite, the room was perfect. We were in building 1, which was very private. The outside area had more than enough room for a table and 2 chairs plus 2 lounge chairs. The swim out got sun until 5pm. We had our butler setup coffee and champagne to be delivered to our room each morning which was nice. The cleaning staff was excellent, our room was always clean and had towels and toiletries each day. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion were better than expected. They even had toothbrushes and good toothpaste. Our butler, Paco, was amazing. He made our dinner reservations for the entire stay. Anything we needed he took care of…without being overbearing. He checked on us periodically but was never bothersome. There were 3 pools, all nice and each with a swim up bar. The large pool is saltwater, but we spent our time in the ‘party’ pool. It wasn’t crazy, but it is where the music was, water atomic and volleyball were. You do need to save chairs by 7am if you want a specific spot. The water was chilly, that may be normal for March though. The serenity club pool is heated but crowded so we didn’t go there. All of the bars were nice and served good drinks. Some stay open until early morning but we never heard a peep because our room was far enough away. The check in process was seamless. Luis in the serenity club was very welcoming and made everything easy. We each got a bottle of booze upon checking in, nice touch. Our favorite dinner was at the restaurant for serenity level only. It is a dinner show, with music and each course served throughout….worth it. We were not happy with the steakhouse at all. Bad service and meat was tough. Italian was ok, we liked that the salads and apps were buffet style. Coffee shop was good as most are. Olios was upscale with good food but very hard to get a reservation even with a butler helping. The buffet had. Very good breakfast and lunch. They had a grill set up by the pool each day at 1 that had good chicken tacos, hotdogs and hamburgers….we ate there each day. The beach was disgusting. There was so much seaweed that we couldn’t even get close to the water. They didn’t clean it as often as they should have and just couldn’t keep up with it. So, if you want to swim in the ocean, think twice about this resort. Spa….service was amazing at checking, very helpful. Massage was great. Hydrotherapy was not worth it. Very small locker rooms. Did not have enough lockers for women, had to give my stuff to my husband to put in his locker. Not impressed. Final thoughts…nice, compact resort. Clean and most service was good with exceptions of course. 0/10 for beach. 5/10 for food. Everything was just ok, we probably won’t go back.

    Heaven at Haven

    My partner and I had a magical time, all thanks to our wonderful butler Nacho! He arranged all of our dinners so that we were able to try all the delicious food (Satsu was our fave!), and he also made sure we had time to relax and enjoy the splendour that Haven had to offer. We miss it there already, and are already planning to come back again! Thank you so much Nacho and see you soon!!

    Rafael, Francisco, Rodolfo the manager and Alex in the kitchen, deserve a 10 points. The food, the service, the presentation, the flavors and our favorites, the solomillo and the picannha, to come back again and again. The sweet please do not forget them.

    Speechless really goog food and customer service specially with Francisco,Rafael,Rodolfo y Alrxandra!!!The solomi)o, the red salad and the picanna, out of this world. YOU CAN COME time after time and you won't be dissapointed. DO NOT forget the sweets.

    Relaxing Escape

    This resort is top notch. We have stayed at several resorts and have returned to this resort a second time. It's only 15 minutes from the airport. Thus we can get from gate to check in within 30 minutes. Service is great. All hardworking people. Clean rooms. Resort rooms smell new, and not the musty old ocean smell. Restaurants are fantastic. Food tastes like an authentic restaurant, and not the "Italian or sushi with a Mexican flare/twist". Highly recommend and will definitely return again.
