Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.

Non-Smoking Policy - Haven Riviera Cancun is a 100% smoke-free building. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms including balconies and terraces. Any guest found to be smoking in a guest room will be charged a deep cleaning fee of $200 per day.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.

Dec 25, 2024A Wonderful Resort!!
This was our family’s first trip to Haven Riviera Cancun. We all have a great time. The rooms were spacious and very clean. We were in the partial ocean view Junior suite and had a lovely view. The food was very, very good! We had one of the best meals we have ever had at Olio. The artichoke soup and roast beef tenderloin was out of this world! A special thank you to Dedier and Luis for a lovely evening. Also, thank you to Brenda and Arturo at the buffet and snack bar by the quiet pool. Jose at Agua Benita was so great too! The staff at this resort were five star ⭐️ We spent our days at the quiet pool because the winds were blowing the sand around on the beach. We are so grateful for the kind, fun and attentive Julian. If you go to Haven find Julian and sit in his section. His drink suggestions were the best. He is a joy. Finally, a special thank you to Loraina and Fer. You are wonderful! You are both such an asset to Haven. We will be returning to Haven and highly recommend this resort.

Haven Resort Trip
This was an amazing resort, would and have recommended to family and friends. The food was amazing, the service was excellent. Specifically the bartenders Levi and Carlos went above and beyond making a connection with our entire group for 8 of us. From making sure drinks were received and always had, to ensuring our time together was enjoyed. One of the activities directors, Sharkboy, also was a big part of our trip and also ensured our time was enjoyed.

Celebrating December Birthdays
This was such a remarkable vacation; daughter and I celebrated our birthdays here. Agua Bendita (Luis ❣️and Santos) and Taboo were the best restaurants. Order Mixiote del Cordero and wear pants with an elastic waistline 😆. Make sure you get the massage because it comes with a hydrotherapy session BEFORE your actual treatment! The beach had plenty of hammocks and canopies for you to stay all day...and I did (all day for 4 days). This is an active adult only resort. You rest and party and rest and party. The vibe was fun, grown, and sexy. The staff and service are impeccable and professional. Bravo!!

Great stay at the Haven Cancun
What a great stay it was at the Haven. The place is absolutely stunning, the staff is some of the friendliest I’ve encountered and the food was amazing. The beach area I say needs a little bit of work but suspension that everything snd everyone was perfect. Anyone who tells you otherwise has some incredibly crazy expectations.

The overall trip was nice. We had issues with the AC in the first room they placed us in but after sending maintenance out twice and it still not working correctly they switched us to a different room. The resort was laid back and overall chill. I was slightly disappointed with the food it wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t great either. My husband and I just needed some down time and we were able to get it here. They have a few activities, we only went to one show. Nice place to relax but if you are wanting a more busy area you will need to stay closer to the hotel zone.
