Dec 18, 2024FIRST TIME AT HEDO- WASN’T PLEASED
I had read and done an extensive research prior to this trip but was met with the poor service. My room floors the first night I got there was wet and was told I’ll be getting a new room the next day. Next day came I went to the front desk and no one knew about my room being soaked to the point of me slipping and falling. Older lady at the front desk seemed annoyed by me even mentioning it which threw me off. I was never given a tour of the place, no idea what or where things are unless asking and even that seemed to piss people off. My fridge was never stocked entire stay. And food was not great at all. I was looking forward to the food at least but even that was worse. Most of the reviews I read and watched on YouTube mentioned the food being the best but it wasn't even mid - greatly disappointed. The rooms have a stench too and the sheets were not the most comfortable. I ended staying at a different resort not far from there. I'll give it one more try since it was my first but after that I'm done.

Dec 13, 2024We’ll be back…again
I had to delete a recent review where I left 4 stars so I could change it to 5. I had left 4 stars due to an issue at check out where I could not use a resort credit for my bill due to the right staff not being available. I ended up charging the amount to my credit card and did not use my resort credit. The staff at Hedo have since reached out once they were aware of my issue and rectified it to my complete satisfaction. Everything else from my trip was perfect. I attended Anniversary week with my husband and it did not disappoint. The resort went all out with the decorations, food and entertainment. So many amazing picture backdrops and unique shows. The cirque night had to be my favorite with the aerial performance. Outside of that the hedo entertainment staff are so beautiful and talented that’s it a pleasure to watch them any night. So happy to see some of the former staff come together again for one show. That was great to see. On top of that the EC’s always keep the energy up at whatever pool party or after party they attend. Special shout outs to Omar, Mowayne, Damo, Junior, Krissy, and Raneesha. Hedo is a very special place for us. A place to truly be yourself and let loose with no fear of judgement. A place where you meet like minded people that become lifetime friends. No other place like it, and easy to see why people call it home.

Kama Sutra find
Discovered the Kama Sutra spa. The most intriguing experience. Never knew they had that. Happy to have found it. Not your regular massage. A very spiritual and heart connecting experience. I’ll be visiting the spa on my next trip. Highly recommend experiencing that.

Second Visit, Better Than the First
Had our second trip to Hedo and it was better than the first. Had a glass bottom boat ride, lobster meal on an island, lots of swimming, and excellent food! The nightly shows were better than ever. But the best part of the trip again was the Kama Sutra Palace. The Kama Sutra Tantra Massage is a definite must do! And I highly recommend the Tantra Massage class for couples. You will enjoy it!

Chairmans Anniversary week
Just got back from our 18th or 19th trip to Hedo. (Lost track lol) This was the first time we were there for the Chairmans anniversary week. The resort goes all out for this week. The food, entertainment, and celebrations this week were the best we've ever seen in our many trips there. Combine that with the usual sexual atmosphere and it was a week we'll never forget. All of the employees seemed to be at the top of their game this week but there is one employee we have mention specifically. We met Alicia at the nude bar many years ago when she first started there and have looked forward to seeing her every year since. Her energy and fun loving personality behind the bar not only provides us with superb service and lot's of fun memories but seeing her having fun with fellow employees just tells you what kind of person she is. Look forward to seeing her again next year.
