Kickboxing with Jorge was great. Loved his enthusiasm and he pushed me to get a good sweat. He also had very helpful tips in regards to kickboxing form. Apart from the session Jorge seemed like a very genuine and knowledgeable individual. So far, he is the staff member I’ve enjoyed interacting with the most without a doubt. 🫶🙌

Great vacation!
A very friendly staff and fun resort. Our butler, Kamil aka Jamazing, was so helpful and made sure we stayed well fed. The fitness trainer, Travis, was very nice and made sure we worked off the food and red stripes. We really enjoyed our second trip to this resort.

Amazing
Calisa the bartender at Aquarius bar is amazing, everything she mixes was top tier ❤️, and the restaurant quality is just as the five star restaurant I visited chef kisses. The rooms were clean and welcoming after room service visits and the refrigerator is stock… listen book now

The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful. OUR bulter Anthony amazing ,friendly ,professional and attentive to your needs ,he went above and beyond even on his days off .5 star person and asset to the hotel !! Our concierge Shenllneile again all i can say she is dedicated to making your vacation perfect worked day and night not just for us but for all her customers amazing communication and person. 5/5 star person and professional she is amazing young lady . Another lady who was amazing asset to our stay and helped Anthony and Shenllneile is MonaLisa these three are a dream team helping to ensure you receive the luxury vacation you pay for and deserve. Unfortunately the DC manager Omary Is a person that is rude and unprofessional his conduct to us was immature and outright disrespectful . From the lies and lack of ability to communicate what why things are happening is and was something that you could not imagine . Unfortunately this was not a one time thing with this man as during our 10 day stay we spoke with at least 4 couples who had worse experience with this individual manager . This rates our experience a 2 stars . This man should not be in a position as he seems to make issues into huge problems very distructive person. Good Food that’s it
The food was very good - the service was terrible. Waited over an hour to get a pizza in Grazie the Italian restaurant when it came it was the wrong pizza. It took well over an hour to get a drink by the pool rarely had service. Rooms were nice beds are hard. Service so bad never had facecloths, hand towels, fridge not restocked. Had to go to front desk multiple times it always felt like you were bothering them. No pleasantries staff on floors never said hi, good morning, etc. Get up at 5am to get chairs by the pool, they let people put towels down first thing and they wouldn’t come down til noon. A lot of broken chairs, pads on chairs scarce and they are all ripped and stained. You can’t get a coffee until 7am anywhere or food. I’ve stayed at 3 different Royalton this one was the worst. The ground has pot holes everywhere very run down. Make your reservations with the rep outside zen the app is terrible and so is the wifi. It’s in and out constantly.
