Beautiful spot. Amazing food. And great service. Violet at the Hideaway lobby bar is amazing. Kelish in Armadillo is so attentive and kind. The management staff is hard working and kind. They go out of their way to make things work and make their guests happy. This is our second visit here and we will definitely return.

Great experience
The energy here is unmatched. The vibe team and the music is awesome. The water aerobics classes with fitness instructors Alpha, jovie and Garrison has been one of the best I have done. Shout out to the fitness and vibe team. Baby dragon and the others

Boot camp classes with Alpha were hard work and fun
We attended numerous boot camp classes which were fab. Alpha is s great instructor & gives various options of each exercise in all classes. He always mixes it up, makes it fun and hard work. Alpha is always motivated & smiling. Thoroughly enjoyed his classes. Alpha was a great instructor.

Great stay here last week
We had a fantastic stay here last week. Initially, we were a bit skeptical after reading some of the reviews here, but our experience was completely different. The beach and hotel location are excellent, with easy access to the beach from the hotel—especially convenient for families with children frequently alternating between the pool and the beach. The hotel management and staff put in a lot of effort to provide great service in all areas. The jerk chicken and the food truck at the beach/pool area were great. On our first day, we were surprised by how popular the jerk chicken and food truck were, but soon realized they are open all afternoon so there’s no need to line up right at 12:00 PM. Waiting 30 minutes usually meant the line completely disappeared. The buffet and a la carte restaurants were also excellent. The hotel provided daily entertainment, from activities on the beach and at the pool during the day to live music and various shows in the theater and main bar area in the evenings. The vibe team was exceptionally well-prepared, incredibly friendly, and engaging. Based on our experience, it would be unfair to give this anything less than a 5-star rating.
