Not suitable for vegetarians
Vegetarian food selection really poor unless you like vegan burgers every night. Few signs on food in the buffet saying what things are. DC food buffet all meat, one dish (salad) at the DC bar and snack shack van but they never have any. Most staff pleasant but some really not and verging in rude, especially in the DC lounge and bar. Beaches really lovely but not much else we are loving. Ready to go home in next few days for some healthy food and friendly faces.

Water Aerobics in Negril
Cavel was great. I completed a class with my fiance and we had a lot of fun. It was also nice to get a little exercise in—I’ve been missing my daily routine while on vacation. I’m glad that she encouraged me to join the class. It was actually sort of a private class because we were the only two in that session. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, any fitness level

Avoid.
Avoid this hotel any cost the staff are rude and incompetent, the food in the restaurant is terrible. It’s limited and we stayed at Diamond club. The restaurants have no AC so you have to eat your food quick and try and get out because of the heat that’s if they’ve even got the food you want. The kids pool was closed for seven of the 14 day stay. lift was out four of the 14 days with that and my father-in-law and mother-in-law was put on the second floor and they are 72. . The room smelled of damp and mould. The journey from the airport takes three hours and we were told one and half hours I could go on for ever about this place

Lovely location, gorgeous beach, terrible staff
Well what can I say? I’ve visited this hotel on 4 occasions and unfortunately I have to say this is by far the worst experience. The staff have been very very poor with very little or no attention to customers. Everything seems like a it’s chore, the hotel is crying out for senior management to take control and actually manage the staff, if they can be found? Mostly ignorant of the customers and mainly on their phones. You can clearly see they don’t want to work, or do as little as possible which is a real shame. This was a great hotel and the staff were always excellent. Something has clearly gone wrong. The restaurants are really poor. If you’re on a diet you’re in luck and if you’re a recovering alcoholic then this is for you as the chance of getting served is remote. On two occasions in two restaurants I had to go to a bar outside and get drinks to bring back to the table? They do ask, but literally can’t be bothered.

HOTEL 😡 FROM HELL 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
WOW what a s()t hole . Transfer to hotel was bad enough 3 hours it took . Then meant to be to a 5* hotel . No one greeted us off the coach . No drinks on arrival . We was meant to be diomond club and rooms they gave were s)£t . They were run down .. and smelt . The whole hotel was run down to a 2* staff were so missrible and no one was nice . Food was limited and was so SJwt . Ran out off all foods at 7pm . Empty dishes . Two women from Birmingham started rows with a woman who was getting married the next day over a song . They threw glasses at people . My husband being a passer by he got his in face with a glass . Police and management were called . And they were dreadful laughed at my husband like a piece of s)&t . We went for my son’s birthday and our anniversary . They didn’t even put banners up or wish us a special day . The kids Pool wasn’t working for the two weeks being there and kids club wasn’t open . Staff asking our partners if they want bj and saying sorry to us . Diomond club wasn’t worth one penny as we never see our butler once . No bottle water round the pools . No tea . Mould in cake fridge nothing was clean . No drinks round pool . No good round pool . Evenings we were sat next to toilets . No air conditioning in restaurants . One worker there asked our mate to give him 2 grand as he needs money . Staff on beach always rowing in front off us . Our kids were so so scared and stayed in room . We asked to go home the first week being there and was told need to pay for flights . My list goes on and on . But please do not go here at all costs . I promise you’re not safe and cared about . This holiday cost my family 30g to go to a siet hole . Our rooms had leaks constant . Hotel was so run down Sorry for the words but I’m still in shock how bad this place was unbelievable really is a hotel from hell needs shutting down . Me and my family were broken and still cannot get over how bad we was all treated 😡😡😡😡😡😡
