We had an amazing stay! The entertainment was so fun at pools. Ernesto, part of the vibe team, made sure the events at the pool were fun. Ricardo at the swim up bar was also super fun! We were very happy with the food, the breakfast buffet was great, all the dinner options were great and reserving through the app made it easy. This was my second stay and would definitely come back.

Great stay - special thanks
We recently had a long stay and loved the experience we had. The buffet was outstanding daily, and plenty of snack options during the day. There was always enough going on during the day and evening with great shows and other activities. The pools were very clean and we were well attended too with the drinks around the poolside. The only one thing I’d say as a negative was the inability to book for more than 6 people at the restaurants (buffet was fine) We had a medical issue whilst we were staying which ended up extending our stay for a further week, during this time Sandra Villalobos & Tania from Fron Desk couldn’t do enough for us and made this tricky time much more manageable - huge thanks and special mention to them. Sandra was in daily contact with us and went above and beyond to help and showed genuine concern.

The hotel was amazing in most of the aspects. The only negative thing i would say is staying in a 5 star hotel I expected to have a heatlier juice options for the cocktails. All the juices are from concentrated and they are terrible from diabetic type 1 people. Apart from it it was a lovely stay

There were roaches in our room!! I have never experienced this before. We complained to the front desk and they switched our room to a different building. I was getting ready to put my baby down for bedtime when they just started crawling out of furniture!!! I really wish we had booked somewhere else and hate that we have to be here 3 more nights. Resort has a weird sewage smell too.

Agave restaurant muy bien
Go to the Agave restaurant and ask for Jorge!! Great service with nice show, nice food advice you will have the greatest experience in your life and i think i drank too much tequila but its worth it cause tomorrow my excursion is only at 8h40 and im good
