    Vacation for the books!

    Had one of the best stays I’ve ever had here. From the views overlooking Cruz Bay, St Thomas and the sunset each night to the lovely atmosphere of the neighborhood. It felt like being in a one of a kind world on the island of St John. Each building has its own unique look. Our family stayed at Papaya which has a private pool, there is also a public pool just for people that are staying here, and the private pool made our trip. Sunsets were fantastic! We ate at the clubhouse quite a few times and it was really good food. It also has an incredible view and is inside with AC which is a must for some of our family. If I remember correctly, his name is Tony, the guy that works there(it’s a 1 man show) and he was the man, delicious food. We did go to town a couple nights and our favorite spot to eat at was Banana Deck, ribeyes there and fish were amazing, we’d definitely go back. All in all, it was a great vacation and can’t wait to make it an annual thing with our family to stay here. Papaya is 10/10.

    Not my favorite but not horrible.

    The view was beautiful. Pretty quick to get to town. The pool and cafe was very convenient. The food and drinks at the cafe were fantastic. We had a large group to cook for so the kitchen amenities were not so great. Needed some baking pans and larger pot. We were not greeted by anyone upon arrival but were asked to leave gratuity for them….the Neighboors above were extremely loud vey early in the morning and late at night. Prefer a house for my next stay.
