Would definitely return
We just returned from a fantastic week at the Hilton Cancun. The rooms were gorgeous, the resort was incredibly clean and well maintained, the food (aside from Sunan, which we didn't enjoy) was great. Lots of fresh made to order stations at the buffet each meal. The amenities offered were top notch, including the cafe, ice cream and churro shop, tea and coffee kiosk in the lobby. Things like these put a resort over the top in my opinion, no need to go hunting for those comforts and special extras. The staff was incredibly helpful, they even facilitated sourcing out a life jacket from town for our youngster and had it delivered to the hotel 2 hours later. The Kids Corner was top notch, our kids begged to go spend time there with Arge, Dani, Nath, Angie, Dixie, Ale and Paty. They took such great care of them and had activities planned for every hour. Would return for sure.

Best All-Inclusive Beach Resort
This beach resort is absolutely beautiful. We had a room on their highest floor, overlooking the ocean. Their restaurant options and buffet options are great - and let’s not forget the drinks! The perfect all-inclusive, only 15 mins from the airport. This resort does not offer shuttle service from the airport, highly suggest renting a car - valet is included with your stay. Taxi’s charge $60/person to drop you off.

Regret my first vacation with grand kids as their dreams to play on beach did not come true.
This is my 4th time all inclusive vacation to Cancun so I can compare very well. I booked 2 rooms for 4 nights believing in Hilton and being close to the airport as I was accompanied by two grand kids 4 and 2 years old, but was totally disappointed to find out it as a swamp. No beach and you can't go into the ocean as there are crocodiles, jelly fish and stingray signs displayed. We were allotted rooms far from kids pool and play area which made us walk a lot and the rooms were also above the parking lot so lot of noise disturbing our wee hours sleep. Food did not had much variety and quality of buffet food was not up to mark. Staff were not attentive to our expectations. Pools were not cleaned properly. Kids corner is only for 4 and up and very small area for toddlers to play.

Excellent hospitality
Me and my girl had a wonderful vacation in hilton cancun all inclusive resort. The customer service is excellent. Everyone is so friendly but I want to give a special thanks to Nain hau, he was super charismatic and serviceable all the time, thanks!!

Looks upscale, but average hotel
Rooms are fine. Not much activities offered. Pools are good. Hot tubs do not work. Looks like hot tubs never worked in past 1 year. Even the employees who work here do not know when the hot tubs last worked. Cooler days, hot tubs is a must. Restaurants are average. Service also average. I wouldn't stay here again. For the same room at higher floor, I had to pay extra. Too far from hotel zone. No easy access to hotel zone or playa del Carmen. Gym is good.
