    Wonderful Experience at the Hilton Kids Club

    We stayed at the Hilton for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The restaurant was excellent, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. What we especially loved was the Kids Club — our children had such a great time there. Dani, in particular, was incredibly helpful and made sure the kids had a fantastic experience. She recommended programs that turned out to be perfect for our children, and they said the Kids Club was the most enjoyable part of their stay at Hilton. We are truly thankful to Dani and Arge for your kindness and support.

    Family Vaycay

    We’ve come here four years in a row. Paty who makes the tacos at one of the pools is our absolute favorite person here. We love her and appreciate everything she does to make everyone’s stay so special. She is so nice and always has the best food here.

    Excellent Resort!

    The Hilton Cancun All-Inclusive resort was excellent! The main pool and beach in such great proximity to each other, you can be right near both of them at all times. The property itself was in really great shape and the rooms were very nice. Food for all three meals were always great. Being able to sit around the pool/beach area and enjoy a burger, steak burrito, pizza or sushi was excellent. The servers pay really great attention to guests and do a really nice job and working really hard. Some of our favorites were: Sosa, Roberto, Hugo, Fernando, Gerardo, Jose and Felipe! Anytime they saw us, they just took excellent care of us.

    Friendly staff ever

    The staff are absolutely amazing. We had a great time. I’d like to make mention of a few people that you have to see when you’re there, Carolina, Laura, Erika, David and Jesus. They were super friendly, had big smiles and made me wanna come back again. Thank you so much for making my time and the time for my family amazing.

    Springbreak 2025

    My daughter really like it and had a great time! She enjoyed all the activities and she said that the personnel were very friendly. She met new friends played a lot!! Angie and Dixie were her favorites teachers. They had picnic at the beach, a glow party, a pizza event!!
