    Great Hotel- AMAZING KIDS CLUB

    Me, my husband and four year old daughter enjoyed a glorious week at the Hilton Cancun All Inclusive. The hotel is well appointed, buffet had a ton of choices and the steakhouse restaurant was exceptional. The property was well looked after and very clean. The highlight of the trip was the Kids Korner. Arge, Ale, Nath, Angie, Dixie, Rubi and Dani run an incredible and engaging program. My daughter wanted to spend every moment Kid's Corner was open there. After the first day, my daughter was greeted warmly by name, they have a good system in place to make sure kids are signed in and out. There is a wide variety of activities but the highlight for my daughter was the glow party. Like so many other parents we met, we will return to this hotel because of how amazing the Kid's Corner is. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for making my daughter so happy.

    Another amazing trip!!!!

    I have been to this resort so many times and still love it! Eva is an amazing asset they have at the front desk. I met her years ago and she always remembers me and my family when we come. She makes us feel so welcome. Felipe at Sunan is also the same as well! Very good waiter and so friendly! Only negative, Auma was struggling the night we went. 3 of us ordered rare steaks and all were well done, even sent one back and it was still way overcooked. We’ve never had that before; so hoping just a one night only thing. Such great service, clean property and comfy beds are some of my favorite things about this place!!

    un Hilton que deja mucho que desear

    Lo mejor que tiene el hotel es el entretenimiento, Karla, Montse, Jacqui, Alex, Nico, Marlon y Gustavo hicieron que nuestras vacaciones fueran sumamente divertidas todos los dias y nos hicieron sentir parte, solo por ellos subio una estrella. deberian mejorar la calidad de la comida. Otra cosa es que no entiendo como tienen el aire acondicionado tan frío. El hotel está totalmente enfocado a los extranjeros, tienen horarios estrictos de comida que van acorde al horario de ellos, ibamos al ultimo turno en los restaurantes y no te servian postre porque querian irse a sus casas, de esto nos quejamos varias veces. Mal servicio de varios empleados, no de todos pero sí de bastantes la música debería ver más variedad para la gente latina ya que se enfoca mucho para la gente que habla ingles. Sinceramente les recomiendo pensar dos veces en hospedarse en este Hilton, publican que es de 5 estrellas pero las instalaciones ya se ven viejas y descuidadas, el balcon de nuestra habitacion nunca fue limpiado y tenia toda la pared descascarada.

    Family Trip - Wu And Family

    Excellent Services provided by Adrian, Abraham, Moises, Vanessa and David Very good resort Good foods, excellent Services We stayed 5 Days and 4 Nights, we all happy with this hotel. They delivered high quality of service and foods every time we visit. Definitely will refer to our friends and family!

    Great experience!

    David was the best services , every morning he came with a smile and was super friendly ! Had great energy ! The food was delicious and have no complaints at all. As well as are rooms were really nice and clean with a beautiful view. We will be back for sure !
