Hilton Cartagena: A Disappointing Stay
As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, I expected a higher standard from this hotel. While the location is ideal, the property is in need of a significant update. Upon check-in, I was surprised to be required to pay the entire hotel bill upfront. This was not disclosed on the website and seemed like an unnecessary inconvenience. Additionally, despite prepaying, a credit card was still required for incidental charges. The dining options were inconsistent. The red snapper was a highlight, but other meals were oversalted or incorrect. The pizza, however, was a complete miss. Housekeeping services were average, and additional requests, like washcloths, were necessary. Late-night dining options were limited to overpriced room service. Given these shortcomings, I would not consider staying at this Hilton again during my next trip to Cartagena.

Clean Hotel
Hotel ,service, food , staff was GOOD, Hotel stayed clean, room was clean, the info said a private beach but was not, we were constantly harrash with vendor trying to sell u something, this hotel could very easy be a All inclusive, they have the room , close to a lot of shops and eatery, bus stop for the hop on site seeing bus was around the corner. I would stay here again

Amazing and a safe place to stay!
The General manager Mr. Vino Agarwal was an excellent host, he made us feel at home, the great service of the front desk team, Jennifer Rhenals and Ricardo Cogollo , the breakfast was amazing, having all the culinary art of the Caribean in one place, we enjoyed the fresh juices, the arepas con huevo, the ajiaco soup, and many others, I recommend the Hilton Cartagena over other hotels in the zone, on the beach the vendors were polite and never went over us. Thank y'all

Getting a lot for your money!
The rooms are big (we were upgraded for 2 twin beds room). Bathroom was really nice. As expected language is a barrier at restaurants but, front desk is very welcoming and everyone speaks English Jonathan Silva the front desk manager was just amazing! He was there to accommodate us and helped us have a memorable stay (kudos and many thanks to him). Hilton def needs to up their game fr the executive lounge. They do have non alcoholic basic drinks in the lounge. Happy hour with beer and basic wine and few appetizers from 6-8 pm. Beautiful setting and view. Maybe I’m asking too much from the lounge for the economic stay we had 😜

Excellent experience.
Excellent experience. The location is very good, close to the beach, only a walking distance away. The staff is very professional and kind; they even allowed me to check in a couple of hours earlier. Highly recommend. We will definitely come back.
