This was great location, the breakfast is wonderful and the staff was great ! The room could be bit more updated but they are spacious! I would highly recommend this place if you’re visiting! I really liked this place! The spa was great as well!

Resort Cartagena
The hotel is aging but clean and spacious amenities and rooms. The executive lounge is nice good selection of drinks and happy hour goes quick. The pool was good. The breakfast was tasty and offered a lot of variety. The hotel is aging a could use some renovations.

The hotel is unfortunately horrible. There is no duvet, they put a blanket in the duvet cover which is much smaller than the duvet cover. How could this happen at a Hilton which is a 5 star hotel? When I complained, they brought another blanket. Ridiculous! They don't put a blanket in a duvet cover, and they brought a much smaller one. The air conditioning was set to 25 degrees in the room, it was 18 degrees. I complained about this and they did nothing! We were there for 3 days and we were freezing! We complained in vain, no one helped! I have been a diamond member for 10 years. When we checked in, they said that there was no suite available. The receptionist wanted to rip us off. Diamond members are upgraded to a suite if there is a free space. When I showed him that there was a suite available on their website, after 3 minutes of thinking he said: oh! I looked, someone canceled it... he lied! I checked hours before and even wrote to them that there was a free suite and I would like to have it. The walls are moldy. The staff is not helpful, the breakfast is horrible, not Hilton standard. This hotel does not meet the 5 star requirements. They are abusing the Hilton name, I will definitely contact the Hilton legal team, so they can investigate the hotel's operations and abuses. I also wrote to them in an email that unfortunately I have to move to the Hampton by Hilton hotel, because what is happening here is unbearable. If I were the owner, I would seriously consider firing the entire staff and bringing in a new team because this will either lead to a lawsuit or ruin the Hilton name

Fine if you're a party animal and don't mind extremely loud music/obnoxious lighting
We are Hilton Diamonds and had booked an upgraded balcony room. We have a permanent request for higher floor which other properties honor. Here we were given a 4th floor room overlooking the tennis court. Every night from 6-10 pm there was incredibly obnoxious bright lighting coming into our room. Not romantic, can't use the balcony. Asked to be moved but staff did not follow up. Even worse, there was no warning that on Tuesday and Wed. nights there were parties with hundreds of people and incredibly loud music right outside our room. Music on until midnight on a Tuesday night! 11 pm on a Wed. Hotel, have some respect for your guests and turn intrusive lights and music off at a reasonable hour, say 8 pm.

Must Try the Spa
This was a great stay and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was great every morning along with dinner. They have an on site Spa that was great and would definitely recommend getting a massage during your stay! I had a great view from my room and I loved dinner at the restaurant. And it was close to a lot of things!
