Outstanding Stay at Il Mare
We stayed at the new Il Mare resort in Curacao. It's a separate resort from Dreams and Zoetry; however, you have access to both properties since Il Mare is the premium resort. All rooms are private pods. We were the first people to stay in our pod. It was amazing. We were directly on the beach, and we had easy access to the ocean. All Il Mare rooms have butler service. Leon and Alex were our main butlers. They did an amazing job, and Leon even got us a private dinner in the Portofino (Italian) wine room at the Dreams for no additional cost. I would highly recommend this resort!

Beware!!! Don't Waste Your Time or Money!!!!
This hotel is in dire need of a renovation, the hotel is dirty, old and outdated. The bathrooms are in terrible shape, from water pressure to broken counter tops, the rooms aren't cleaned by the staff very well at all, we had dried blood on our bed linen and pillows. I'm surprised that they don't have a bedbug problem. Customer service is terrible. It's a shame when so many guest at the hotel have the same complaints regarding the premises and staff. Hyatt needs to close this hotel down they should be ashamed of charging anyone more than $10 a night to stay at this place. I will never stay at any Dream's Resort again, free or otherwise.

Bad service, rude staff most of them
My family of 40 people, stayed in the hotel for 1 week, THE SERVICE IS THE WORST. The staff looks angry all the time. Bad attitude. Some are even rude and responde in a bad way to any request. Make you feel like the dont want to help you. Is very sad to stay in a resort like this because it makes the general experience bad, even with a good pool or the sea. And is not just a few staff is most of them (maybe some cultural thing in curazao)

Rooms are outdated and resort is not worth the price!!
just checked out at Dreams Curaçao Resort, and unfortunately, it was a very underwhelming experience. While some of the staff were friendly and helpful, service was incredibly inconsistent—several staff members outright ignored us or provided incorrect information that made the trip frustrating. The condition of the rooms was shockingly poor. There were stains on the bathroom ceilings, visible mold, and rust along the sink and in the shower. Everything about the bathroom felt old and unkempt, far from what you’d expect for the price. The food was outright disgusting, and the drinks were nothing special. For an all-inclusive resort, this was very disappointing. The beach loungers were old and soggy, adding to the feeling that the property has seen better days. I expected much more, and I wouldn’t recommend this property unless they make some serious updates and improve their service standards. Save your money and stay elsewhere!

Wont stay at this resort again
Not a very pleasant stay, was in my room more than I wanted to be. Staff was not very friendly but those who were it was appreciated. Not much going on for you to want to participate in or do at the resort. Food was not good but ate because we knew of no other options.
