Close to LAX and nice hotel with excellent service
From booking our reservation, then being picked up by the shuttle plus checking in at the hotel, everything went smoothly and we really appreciated all the courteous service provided by the staff. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable as well. Our family members really appreciated being able to check out late too (as their next flight didn’t depart until the evening). This hotel is located very close to the LAX airport, and we’d definitely recommend it for anyone who needs an easily accessed place to stay when traveling through Los Angeles :)

Not a smooth arrival
The very first impression was the airport shuttle pickup. It was not good, as that every hotel branded shuttle passed us at least twice and we still hadn’t seen the Hilton shuttle. We stood there and waited for almost 30 minutes wondering if we should give up. Finally it came, probably was the only Hilton shuttle as it was packed full of passengers. Do they only have one shuttle while other brands have more than one and runs way more frequent? The ride was longer than expected, even though it looked close on Google Maps. Too bad the Runway on the 16th floor was closed, so we went back to wait in line at the lobby for check in. But it made no difference, the diamond line did not move a bit since we went up to the 16th floor and came back down. We asked for a runway view as the upgrade. Anyway, the room was fine, dated as expected, but fine for one night. The bathroom was small but the water pressure was good. The beds and the sheets were great and that’s all it matters for one night. We had a view of the airport run way, that was fun. Overall, not a great experience from the start.

Hilton Chat really works
The staff were helpful and breakfast was lovely. I enjoyed the curry as well. I needed the receipt emailed to me and Monica on the Hilton Chat was so effecient that i received an email with the receipt within minutes. Sean on Hilton Chat also tried to assist and put in a request for it to be sent but it wasn't actioned, nor did contacting the hotel directly. Thank you Monica! You were amazing!

Breakfast near LAX
Great service , nice people, good food. Only downside was that the coffee was $6, but it was free refills. I would recommend this place and I will eat breakfast here again. Maybe drink water and have free coffee in my room. Raquel was great Overall a good experience

My new LAX room when I travel every 3 months from Maui
Priced very fair. Better than other big name competitors. Clean and organized room. Amenities included a much needed washer dryer. Front desk staff professional. Attentive welcome text and staff Monica and Brittany just a text away. *Only complaint was the heater didn’t keep me warm enough because of a controlled setting.
