Racist Experience at Hilton
I booked a trip several months ago with my siblings. When we arrived, from start to finish, this was the absolute worst trip. At arrival all guests were treated to some artisanal popsicles, well all guests minus us. The staff at the check in was super friendly, to all white people. I am very brown and while I’m a dual citizen, I obviously look more Mexican than American. Three different families checked in and only I was treated differently. I asked for a room with a view and they were bothered by this and gave us a room that was next to a utility closet with zero view of the ocean. When I asked about their amenities, everyone else got a lively breakdown of what the resort had to offer, I was told to scan my room let for more info. It was almost comical how badly we were treated but it’s evident that Hilton wants to make this a ‘whites only’ getaway in Mexico. Which makes no sense. It’s a Mexican resort. Everywhere we went in the resort, we were ignored. And honestly, the resort wasn’t that great too to top it off. All the pool chairs were taken, soiled and outdated. The beach front was deep and rocky and not very photogenic. The food selection was boring and predictable. The room was very basic and the bed was wet when we arrived. The towels were thin and cheap. Nothing about this place read luxury. It was your standard hotel stay with a few pretty fountains. The pools were small and limited. Nothing about this place took your breath away. We ended up booking a stay at Garza Blanca and that was luxurious. Absolutely great service and such an impressive resort. I would advise against staying at Hilton Los Cabo’s for many reasons but mostly because Mexico is not for sale for white people. I used to stay at only Hilton hotels and resorts but I will never return to one, especially one this basic.

First time Cabo
Beautiful place with great dining! Hospitality of staff is unremarkable. Staff were very cordial and eager to assist at all times, obviously the occasional language barrier with some. Very well run place, clean and top notch facilities. Beaches and Pools are amazing. Rooms are very quiet and no disturbances. A few negatives would be people holding lounge chairs at the pool area by 6 am yet not occupying until 11 or after. Should not be allowed. First come first serve. AltMar rooms are nice but not necessarily for the high up-price. Food quality is great but comes at a cost as well. The best food was Lena’s and Telavera’s breakfast buffet. Telaveras was absolutely beautiful and the variety was astounding. Would love to have seen a buffet dining experience with meat variety stations.

Impeccable service & staff!
This is our fifth time to go to Cabo and hands-down staying at the Hilton. Los Cabos is part of what makes our time there exceptional! The staff are outstanding in their gracious accommodations of everything you may need. Everything is “my pleasure “! The food is outstanding… You will not get a better breakfast dining experience than you get there. I could go on and on, but having a swimmable beach, beautiful accommodations and impeccable service make the Hilton Los Cabos a destination in and of itself! Special shout out to Ricardo and Benita in the restaurant!

Amazing stay!
Amazing stay! This hotel is amazing! From the staff to the welcome amenity was amazing! My only two complaints were most of the channels are in Spanish, though I know we are in Mexico:). Also, no beer options for those who don’t drink until the last day.

the best experience
The staff's attention is incredible and the food is delicious, access to the beach is easy and the rooms are very comfortable, the bed is like sleeping on a cloud, wonderful, the pool water is heated and the drinks are good too, thank you for the experience, I already miss the morning buffet, I will be back soon.
