Terrible customer service and overcharged. Still waiting for a response...
Stayed 2 nights on a corporate booking that included meals. The hotel still charged my personal credit card for the meals, despite telling me that everything was settled on account when I checked out (I was well within limits and hadn't bought any alcohol). When I saw the credit card statement 2 days later via my online banking app, I tried to call the hotel - no one answers the phone! Tried all extensions and a different phone in case the problem was at my end. Appalling customer service for such a well known brand.

What a disappointment!!!!
Stayed here to celebrate 20th Anniversary. Very disappointed. Arrived at 1pm but didn't get the room until 4.15pm. Unhelpful rude front desk staff smuggly informed me we only guarantee check-in for 4pm...a luxury hotel that cannot get rooms prepared by 4pm is questionable to start with. Room was average and definitely not worth the £200 plus paid. There's far better in Manchester. Lesson learned. Ordered room service about 8pm...simple burger and fries. After waiting for an hour I called back...was told oh yes I remember talking to you but forgot to put your order through...was compensated with a soft drink. Unacceptable service. I've stayed in Hilton hotels all over the world and unfortunately by far this was the worse ...average room...awful staff and definitely didn't get my moneys worth. Check-in at 4 15pm and check out 11am. Hope Hilton takes note of this and considers there customers more moving forward.

Fantastic Stay!
We stayed for 2 nights at the Hilton Manchester Deansgate and had such a lovely stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, our hotel room was clean and comfy & the executive lounge was very well stocked with incredible views (and again, super friendly staff!!) We were so impressed with the choice at the breakfast buffet each morning, which was absolutely delicious & fresh, and the pool area was a lovely way to start a Sunday morning. As diamond members, we were always made to feel appreciated and were thanked each time we spoke to staff. We would highly recommend the Hilton Manchester Deansgate and would 100% stay again! Thank you!!

Disappointing NYE celebrations
Stayed for New Year celebrations so disappointed this visit. Our room was not very clean on arrival the noise of the cooler and air con very very noisy affected our sleep the whole three nights. I did complain several times at reception maintenance did visit our room but made very little difference. No other similar rooms available. Not happy on this visit obvious standards also slipped in other areas. I have emailed formal complaint to the hotel no response as of yet. The staff at reception still very polite professional but that’s not what customers pay for …… quality unfortunately lacking 😟😟

Little bit of disappointment
First it started off well the receptionist was lovely and had exceptional customer service. Prior to this I had asked for a rose petal turndown along with balloons which I had paid £30 for. The room itself was £230 with it being new years which turned out not to be quite worth the price. I asked the lady at reception if the amenities were done and she said yes so we proceeded up to our room and I could only see 3 balloons just on the table and a note. I was disappointed already the fact I had paid £15 for 3 coloured balloons and no rose petals to be seen. I had went down to reception and told them the problem and they offered to do the Rose petal turndown later as we were stepping out for some food I also asked for heart shaped balloons which the lady said was £5 extra however because of the inconvenience both the petals and balloons will be complimentary. We came back from the resturant and the rose petals were laid out however was disappointed again as there was just a few rose petals on the bed . The balloons were not heart shaped balloons but were black and gold circular balloons also 3 of them. I had looked at my receipt and seen I had still got charged for the few rose petals which was £15 which I got told was complimentary. Overall I was disappointed with what I had paid for. Both the room and the amenities. I wouldn’t recommend getting amenities from this hotel and if you were to stay I would stay on a normal day we stayed for new year and paid double the price. However the bed was comfy and we had a lovely time.
