Great business hotel
Guess the 'old' hotel was run down and grim - but that is no longer the case. Nice, modern hotel with newly renovated rooms. Got upgraded the day before and also several of my colleagues got better rooms. All 5 rooms were updated (not sure the hotel even has unrenovated rooms anymore), modern, had comfy beds and rooms were spacious. Exec. lounge is still closed, but a suitable replacement is offered next to the main restaurant. Overall this was a great stay; no hesitation to return.

Much improvement needed!
We stayed during February and had booked an executive room however upon arrival the hotel was hosting an event, therefore we were given the incorrect room. The hotel is undergoing renovations therefore a parts of the hotel was closed which did not effect us. Our room had been renovated but many of the previous features were still visible. The hotel has a long way to go in terms of being a good standard! The reception area looks pretty, very superficial once you enter other parts of the hotel. The dining room/breakfast areas are in desperate need of a facelift. More attention to detail required. The onsite restaurant Cotoli AM is overpriced for the quality of meal. Due to having booked an executive room, we had access to the lounge area. This was pretty dismal and disappointing with the offer of tea, coffee, fruit and savoury snacks. A happy hour which provided tasteless wines and a very small selection of beers and spirits. The snacks are not appetising and the table decorations are wilted. I’m pleased that we only stayed one night!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED – ITEMS STOLEN DURING STAY
I’m beyond disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. Despite the “HILTON” brand, my experience was completely ruined when personal items went missing from my room. I stayed in room 312 and, upon checking-in, removed my earrings & kept them on the table below the tv, knowing that we didnt have any plans out after that & will only be in the room. Went for shower & meanwhile my husband called for plates & cutleries for the dinner we got earlier in the day. A staff (JUSTIN) came to deliver and kept the plates near my earrings. We believed that the hotel has a good brand & was a safe place for us, as there was no outsider & we were present in the room. I really thought that my earrings would still be there, but I was absolutely wrong. Next morning, as I was going to wear them, my earrings were gone. I immediately reported the issue to the front desk. A staff (GIORGIA) did come to my room and ask me to look around in case i misplaced them. BUT I WAS VERY SURE I DIDNT. I asked if we can talk to Justin as no one else entered the room but she didn’t even allow that. At night, another staff (ALLESSA) told us that they will investigate this issue & asked us to make a police complaint, which we did. They even assured us they would look into it, but we never received any follow-up or resolution. Even after asking few times, their reply was that Justin had his own version that they cannot share. We asked to talk to the General Manager but was only provided his number. We texted him and he just replied "the team is doing everything to support" which we didnt feel nor see. SEEMS THEY WERE UNINTERESTED NOR BOTHERED WITH THIS INCIDENT AND WE FELT UNSAFE DURING OUR STAY AS THIS INCIDENT HAD TAKEN PLACE DURING OUR PRESENCE. The hotel failed to provide any security footage (as they dont have cctv in the corridor) or even an investigation into the incident. To make matters worse, the management did not offer any form of compensation or acknowledgment of the distress this caused us. The lack of security, poor response to serious issue like theft is absolutely unacceptable & it made us felt unsafe through out our stay. I strongly recommend not staying here if you value your belongings. I will never return to this property, and I urge others to be cautious when booking.

Solid Hotel
The room was great, the breakfast expansive, and the staff friendly. There was construction, but it didn't really bother us. It was a 10-15 minute walk to a charming restaurant neighborhood and about the same to the shopping area, which has a great park next to it. The modern architecture is worth the walk (we don't really shop much). The hotel is also an easy five to ten minute walk to the train station. The only reason for a Very Good rating was the area directly in front of the hotel is old and worn down and the neighborhood is not at all charming - you have to walk awhile for that vibe.

Value for money and an excellent base for Milan.
I stayed 8 nights here in Dec 2024 and given that my stay was so long, I needed a hotel that provided extremely good value for my money. I booked an extremely competitive rate through my Hilton app that included breakfast and honestly, I think it was the best decision I made. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to central station after crossing 2 traffic lights. The hotel is an ideal place to take day trips out via train. There is even an Aldi supermarket in the same building… Breakfast was a highlight and had everything I wanted and there was even a fresh orange juice machine, the kind you find in a supermarket. Breakfast even started at 630 am! Everything in the hotel os what you would expect from a well-run 4 star rated hotel. The hotel even helps you pack a breakfast pack if you need to leave early. For the price I paid and the value it provided, I would most definitely return.
