Good hotel located close to central station
The hotel is currently under renovation not that this impacts on your stay they closed off the other end of our floor with a barrier we could see some work had been done to the corridor but we did not hear any noise at all, the lobby and restaurant etc that have already been renovated look really lovely unfortunately our room was not yet renovated so was very dated and tiered but still clean and functional and did not impact on our stay at all, staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast was great good selection to suit all tastes and well cooked / presented, we would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay again in future

Faultless stay - local food and beverage options (walking)
Very comfortable stay, rooms are a bit dated but large and clean. Service was attentive and professional. Location wise it seems very central. There is an Aldi supermarket in the hotel complex which was handy. Also if you are looking for a great little family restaurant try cafe Norin, just a few hundred metres from the hotel, wonderful traditional pizzas at a very affordable price.

Terrible Experience at Hilton Milan - Discriminatory and Unprofessional Behavior
I recently had an extremely disappointing stay at the Hilton Milan, which left me questioning the standards of this hotel. My experience was marred by the shockingly rude and discriminatory behavior of a receptionist. This individual not only displayed a complete lack of professionalism but also made me feel unwelcome and disrespected throughout my stay. Despite raising these concerns directly with the staff during my visit and following up online, I have yet to receive any response from Hilton. It is astonishing that a brand known for its commitment to hospitality would ignore such serious complaints, especially when they pertain to discrimination and poor treatment of guests. The lack of acknowledgment and the absence of any remedial action suggest a worrying disregard for customer service and guest satisfaction. I am appalled by the poor training and lack of oversight that allowed this situation to occur in the first place. This experience has severely tarnished my view of Hilton, a brand I previously held in high regard. I sincerely hope that Hilton addresses this issue seriously and ensures that such behavior is not tolerated in the future. For reference, my Guest Assistance Case number is 215745784. I expect this to be addressed promptly and appropriately. This hotel has demonstrated a significant failure in upholding basic standards of respect and service.

Exceptional staff
Five nites recently at Hilton Milan were made unforgettable thanks to the exceptional service and hospitality of staff. Of particular note, Vincenzo, Matteo and Giorgia at Front Desk, Gianluca and Danielo at Concierge and so many others whose names I failed to get. Executive Lounge and Bar staff were equally exceptional. Hilton Milan is steps away from Milano Centrale and Centrale Market.

Great hotel & location
Great location, the Centrale Market is attached to the Milano Central Train station and both are only a 10 minute walk. Moira the Front Office manager could not have been more welcoming or friendlier. Anytime we came or went past the desk she greeted us and always checked in to see how our stay had been. Breakfast was plentiful with lots & lots of options - the Executive Lounge was undergoing renovations - but the “temporary” location was adequate and a welcome break for a coffee or soda. Our room was lovely - the balcony was a wonderful surprise! The bed was comfortable and the room was large and clean. We stayed here last in 1997 and we would definitely come again!
