Amazing hotel with great service.
This is a wonderful hotel, one of a kind, Liliana in the front desk made us feel so welcome and she took care of all our needs. We had two rooms and both were so beautiful and with amazing water views. Breakfast was perfect to start a day. We will come back.

Not family-friendly at all
We (two adults and a child, 5y.) really wanted to book a stay at that hotel for our visit in Venice planned for March 2025. We asked whether it would be poosible to make a reservation in a double room for us three, which was not the case. Instead, we have been told to book a Junior Suite for twice the price. We would have expected more responsiveness to the needs of the guests in a hotel of this standard.

Venice is lived by feeling
Venice is lived by feeling...the staff was always friendly...the cleanliness of the rooms. The flowers in the corridor on the way to the breakfast room give a positive atmosphere...I had moments that will always be remembered Thank you for everything right

May 2024 Venice Hotel Stucky
Excellent hotel in Venice. Hotel is gorgeous, very historic, right on one of the canals, one of the best breakfast buffets in Europe I have experienced and their executive lounge (though small) is an excellent benefit as well. As Diamond Members you receive complimentary breakfast and complimentary access to their executive lounge. Their breakfast buffet is very comprehensive and the food/beverage quality is really good as well. They even had free-pour bottles of prosecco so you could mix your own mimosas which allows you to get your day drinking off to a quick start. The bathroom was large and modern by European hotel standards and there was plenty of hot water in the shower as well. The hotel staff and management were great and this is certainly a well-run establishment. When we arrived at the Venice Airport we walked to the dock and booked a private boat to the hotel -- it wasn't cheap but it was cheaper than booking one through the hotel. Once you are at the hotel they have a ferry that shuttles you over to the main island -- I think there was a nominal daily charge for that service but I don't remember. When we checked-out we had lots of time before our flght so we just took the public taxi boat back to the airport. I think it made a stop at the train station first, then you changed boats and it took you to the airport. It was easy, efficient and a lot cheaper than a private hire boat.

Decent but some misses.
Hotel is large and clean. Check in is prompt. No one to come to the door to help with luggage though. The hotel-only shuttle is good. Always on time and it is clean. Takes about 10-15 mins to get to san Marco. The only problem is that you have to remember where is the shuttle as there isn’t a clear sign indicating it. Room is large and decent. We got a junior suite and it is good that they have a nice and large sofa bed set up got us. Only issue is that we will not be able to access the mini bar or the kettle as the bed is blocking it. The aircon vent makes a really loud noise every couple of hours. It woke me up at night. The concierge - Roberto is really nice and funny. He helped us with the booking of the tour to Murano glass factory as well as booking the taxi on our departure day. There are no shops nearby. Maybe about 10 mins walk to get the other restaurants nearby. Overall still a decent stay.
