Our vacation was excellent with friends and family, all the staff were very friendly and accommodating, Miguel gave excellent service at breakfast on Hacienda side of resort, Raphael and Carlos were amazing poolside service!! Thank you

Feb 18, 2025A Nice Vacation Spot For Seniors
This is a small, very friendly resort, right on the west facing sandy beach, making for wonderful sunsets. The resort could have been more restrictive with beach vendors, as they roamed freely through the roped off beach area. Most guests were Canadian seniors like us. The water was a little rough most of the time, so few people swam in the ocean. The pools were clean and just the right temperature. To get our choice of beach chairs, we placed our towels by 7 am. Most pool chairs were gone by then. The breakfast buffet was great, as were all four of the al la cart restarants (two were in the resort next door) as well as the dinner buffet, which had a different theme every night. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. A shout out to Francisco and Alan, who were extraordinary in dealing with a small problem. Our room badly needed upgrading and overlooked construction next door, but we felt that our very reasonable prices more than made up for it. It seems that rooms and prices varied greatly as some are refurbed and others not. We were often short on towels or shampoo, et, but didn't let stuff like that get in the way of enjoying our wonderful vacation!

Karen Loreno and Libonrio Barman were the best servers we have ever had. They made out stay. Other than thank this hotel needs a lot of work and it was dirty. I would never come back because of these things. Music in the lobby was so loud it was horrible. Food was not very good.

Except the food it was good
The food was terrible except the sushi bar but the staff was amazing the absolute the best Libono Batman and Karen Lorena the waiter in the lobby bus boy our breakfast server Raymond and Ernesto amazing you have a amazing staff the room were clean my chamber maid was great

Outstanding service!
The hotel room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.Adrienne was outstanding server around the adult pool! He was very pleasant and a real nice person. Edgar had some fun card tricks and Marco helped in the lobby. The West Jet person was always in the lobby to help with excursions and answer any questions. The food in the buffet was great and the restaurants were excellent .It was a wonderful experience and hope to go next year again!
