Enjoyed the early morning sunrise with Pilates with Clare Freeman. Great teaching, a great venue and time of day to do it as the sun was just up and before breakfast. Food and choice of food was excellent, visited all the restaurants and steak house and Italian were my favourites. Staff were friendly and helpful, special mention to Kevin from the fitness team for his kindness and friendliness. Entertainment team were great and had lots going on. Hotel was in a really good location and I would recommend it for families.

After needing to switch rooms in the middle of the night due to an air conditioning issue, the rest of the trip was great. The staff was fantastic and willing to help in every way. Jessica at the concierge desk went above and beyond to not only compensate us for the room change but explain all of the hotel amenities and activities. We really liked most of the food especially the Asian and Mexican restaurants. Location was great especially if you don't mind being away from the center of town. Lastly, I would suggest to Hilton that when a reservation is made and includes mention of a honeymoon, it might be nice to do something for the newlyweds.

Hilton hotel in Tulum, Mexico
Best service possible (4.8/5) - I rarely met with such genuine people to make our stay a memorable one. They really went out of their way. Food is 4/5. Some dishes tend to be a bit too salty for me. Steaks are well done. I didn't like the Japanese restaurant. I felt that the flavours did not bind well together. So much so that I cancelled the Teppanyaki. The beach is a let down (2/5). The beach is very well maintained but there are so many rocks that you need water shoes to swim in the ocean and for me this is a big no-no. I prefer to feel the sand under my feet. If i go back because of the people, i will definitely pack my water shoes first. Lwys

The food they serve is cold very limited choice of Vegetarian food Spoke to food Manager he totally ignored the complaint this was a wedding party of 100 people The noise in the corridors is horrible Worst hotel ever stayed It’s supposed to be all inclusive hotel one restaurant was closed other restaurant there was no food went in the bar to order some food was told 1 hour wait

Excellent service at a must stay resort
Service levels from the Front Office team and concierge were outstanding. Specifically spoke with Gerardo the Front Office Manager and Mayra the Rooms Controller. They assisted us with our room during the stay. The hotel is in a great location which helped us feel relaxed and enjoy our 30th anniversary. The Sommelier was very knowledgeable and turned us on to a great wine made specifically for the Hilton Tulum. I am sorry but I don't remember his name. We had several different bottles over the 7 day period we were there. Terrific suggestion and another reason this hotel is a must choose option when going to Tulum.
