Love here! My favorite place.
Everything was great! A special thanks to Israel at breakfast buffet. All the staff were amazing. Thanks to Edwin also at Auma restaurant; he’s so fun. We loved our room, the view was stunning. Thanks Hilton Tulum for making our stay so memorable!

Not the place you think it is…
We just left after a 6 day/5 night stay at the Hilton Tulum and read carefully before booking here. Pros: -It’s a beautifully designed hotel and the rooms were clean. -The waitstaff was very friendly Cons: Where do I start? There were so many cons and I regret not cancelling after reading the other reviews. -DO NOT pay for the enclave service. That was the biggest joke. My husband is a diamond and we paid over $1000 to upgrade to the enclave service to make it a stress free vacation. It started out well but went down hill very quickly. First they said upgraded alcohol was included in enclave access but we still had to pay for premium alcohol. We had a special WhatsApp group if we had any requests but the butler took days to respond that I just ended up calling for anything we needed. They did book our food reservations but when we asked them to change it to a later time, they failed to do so after confirming which made us miss dinner timings. On our last night no reservation was made and they said our only option was going to the buffet, which was trash 🤮. We went directly to the restaurant and guess what they had space for us, after we were told there was nothing that could be done. They also said they booked a taxi but the bellman said they had no such booking. Of course they blamed it on taxi service. The icing on the cake was they confirmed luggage pickup at 10am but no one ever showed up. My husband ended up having to carry 4 suitcases to the lobby by himself 😞🥴. -The food was subpar. We loved Auma, and the Mezcal restaurant. Special shout out to the manager there and our waiter Victor. All of the other places were long waits and ehhh just ok. -No pasta or pizza in the room service. Unfortunately, my toddlers only will eat pasta and pizza and only one restaurant had this and they were often booked up. We couldn’t find it anywhere else, not even the buffet so my toddlers survived on French fries 😭. -They host ALOT of private events so the hotel will be flooded with people including the buffet areas and lots of sections will be closed off because of this. -The kiddie amusement park had rust all over the slides. The floor was extremely hard even for my feet, and the water was freezing for a toddler pool. I didn’t feel comfortable with them getting on any of these things. -Room service was very slow. I believe they thought we would just forget about it. It was often times 6pm before they came to clean the room. And they didn’t include face towels in the room 😩 Overall, I would not stay here again and I wouldn’t definitely not pay for enclave. I am Ambassador Elite at Marriot, and they would NEVER treat valued customers this way.

Sisters Vacationing, Excellent
Overall this was an EXCELLENT TRIP. We are here with one more day to go. This exceeded our expectations for an all inclusive (our first). There are excursions available from the hotel which we were so happy to see. If Hilton has additional properties like these, we will be back!

Leaving with tears of sadness! This hotel is FANTASTIC. We had a wonderful time. The staff were attentive and friendly. Oscar in the main lobby bar was a joy and there were activities each night which we enjoyed. Pools fun; we rented a day bed each day. Different pool each time. Several packages to choose from and worth the money. Not much for beach access but doesn’t matter. It’s gorgeous! It was just the two of us (no kids) but if you have them, this is the perfect hotel. So many activities. Good was great! But, we only ate at the buffet, Italian and Asian restaurants. Italian was our least favorite but certainly not terrible. Hotel is very large and your room may be far from Main Lobby but there were golf cart shuttles frequently to take you anywhere you wanted. We are not ready to leave and can’t wait to visit again!

Great place The most amazing services, very friendly people, today is my third day in hilton tulum riviera maya but I felt I want to thank all employees working here Thank you guys for your excellent service food and and warm smiles pretty sure will visit this place again
