    A very personal experience.

The enclave experience was well worth the upgrade, and our persona concierge Sebastian was out standing. The entire staff was very welcoming and friendly. Our room was in great condition, and housekeeping was always prompt to make sure it was clean.

Good place for an all inclusive family vacation

Comfortable rooms, modern spaces. The food is really good. The morning buffet is great, Edgardo & Yuri served us one day, then Ana another day. I remembered their names because they were very courteous and amicable. There’s a variety of pools, the jacuzzis weren’t working which was a bit of a bummer but no big deal. There’s also no way to walk the hotel but to go through the room hallways, I think it would be a good thing to build a wooden walkable pathway sometime in the future. It would be a nice addition. The hotel map is not too helpful, it could be redesigned. I’m a map illustrator, I’ve designed maps for Vidanta (Hilton marketing managers if you see this let me know haha). My favorite restaurants were the Italian, and Asian restaurants located in the right, you need to make a reservation using the QR code on your bracelet. Overall a great family experience.

    Great Hotel and Facilities

Great service from the staff and always very helpful. The property is lovely with very good facilities for all. The upgrade to enclave was well worth it as it gives you access to 2 private pool areas which is quieter than the main pools so if you want a more chilled out vibe than highly recommend doing this. Entertainment is very good in the evenings for all ages. Huge thanks to Enrique, Sintia, Guadeloupe, and Silvevio for always making sure we have what we need.

Disappointed in the experience knowing how much everyone paid to be there.

The experience was far from what we expected based on my sister, brother-in-law, and their parent's initial visit and the resort’s reputation earlier this year for their wedding. The unprofessionalism, dismissive attitude, and lack of respect shown to their wedding party and guests were disheartening and left us with lasting disappointment at the end of the trip. We hope you will take everyone's concerns seriously to ensure future guests have a more positive experience moving forward

Stay Away from Resort - Racial Discrimination

My wife and I celebrated our marriage at this resort on 10/19/24 , and it turned out to be a complete nightmare. I would never recommend this resort or Hilton in general because of racial discrimination we experienced (we are Africa American and the majority of party of 86 guest were as well), sexual harassment caused by employees (you have to watch staff as we caught them taking pictures of women in our group, when address offered to take 50 dollars off their room), the denial of service at pool and inside bars (the fact that they had Don Julio for all people but our guest is crazy), terrible wedding coordination (stay away from Alba and Paula, they will smile in your face the whole time), disrespect (I was personally told by staff to use the enclave lounge to get my drinks because i requested Don Julio (to add, this is a standard drink option served at every bar), but my white best friend next to me was continually being served and never had any issues with access to Don Julio. As i can continue with all the types of discrimination that occurred, i am more blown away that Hilton accepted some of the wrongdoings and said here is 5 free nights on us in standard room. DON’T worry Hilton we don't need or want your free 5 nights, as we would much rather stay with the devil. How do you kick someone while they down? Answer - is be a racist company like Hilton has shown us, and have the nerve to invite us back for a free stay. P.S. You could have offered to reimburse or even had a local Hilton in Atlanta Georgia offer to make a wedding cake since your staff trashed our wedding cake before we could even taste it. I pray this organization puts some stronger internal controls in place, training, dedicated staff that can focus doing the right thing. I would never want anyone to experience what we experienced.
