If you're are looking for a nice affordable place, this is the one, the hotel is a little dated but it has everything you need for a short vacation, the staffs are super courteous and friendly, the place is clean, food and drinks are very good, it needs more night entertainments and the air conditioner in the lobby and buffet area never is on, the front desk personnel need a little training, but we had a great time, Carlos, Josefina and the whole buffet area are awesome, I recommended very family oriented.

Very good experience and good food, nice and quiet hotel with everything you need and Scarlin Paredes in the reception was giving an amazing customer experience with a big smile always Room were nice and roomy, clean everywhere and the only thing would be that there would be a bar open till midnight in the lobby area maybe, but a very nice stay with my daughter who had a great time Thank you and we will come back again

Magnificent experience 👌 5 out of 5
The restaurant staff are the star of the hotel. Chef Mendez chef Rafael. Carlos Christopher and many others thank you. Pool is great food is exceptionally good lots of options, room is clean and spacious the hotel overall is a gem. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Slight language barrier but i learn some Spanish from staff. Will definitely visit again kudos and thank you hodelpa for the hospitality.

Great all inclusive for a fraction of typical resort prices
We stayed at this hotel for a small conference with 12 people, and would highly recommend to anyone looking to host a meeting or conference. Ana is wonderful to work with in details of set up, coffee break, etc. The hotel rooms are all suites, with a large bedroom on one side and a sitting room on the other. We did have a deluxe room, which means it faces the pool - it was a nice view, but very loud on the nights when they had the shows, as they have them on the pool deck. If you are an early bedtime person, opt for the standard room. We found the food very tasty, with a broad selection of Dominican food along with international foods. I was pleasantly surprised at the wide selection over the course of the 5 day stay that we had. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Only thing I can think of to even remotely mention in the negative is that the weekends are much fuller because Dominicans enjoy the resort - which caused a slow down in the wifi signal. But that wouldn't keep me from returning. We immensely enjoyed our stay and we would return.
