    A good place!

    I booked this the first night I arrived to Huatulco. Clean and nice hotel. Missing some sun beds by the pool though, since it’s far away from the beach. Room 5 is next to the reception toilet and have only a mosquito net between the rooms toilet. So you hear everything they do.the staff is very nice and helpful even they don’t speak English. The use the google translate app, so you are able to understand each other!

    Run to the next hotel !

    I checked in for a pre-paid week stay. The third night the GROUP checked in. The kids ran amuck all night screaming, slamming doors, stomping feet. I tried to get the front desk to get a bit of control but was ignored. The adults were drunk and singing in the later hours too. I fell asleep about 2:30AM so I don't know if it carried on after that. The next morning it started early so I went and asked to be moved or reimbursed for the four nights I had left. The owner said if I left by checkout time he would refund. I found another hotel and left. THE LIAR refused to make good his promise. NEVER again !

    Counldn't be happier with the Hotel

    I have stayed here before and I will stay here again. I couldn't have been happier with the service and friendliness of the staff. I am always treated very well and the room is always clean and comfortable. It is quiet and safe! This is really a very nice place to stay. I can't wait to come back!

    Perfect Place

    This hotel was perfect for me. I travel alone so it is important that I feel comfortable and safe where I stay. The people working at the hotel were super nice and helpful. The hotel is located, in an ideal part of the city--walking distance to just about everything. The room was very clean and comfortable. What more could you want? I will be staying here again.

    Great place!

    We stayed here a year ago, and again this year, with our family. The place is always clean, quiet (as quiet as Mexican hotels are) and we have had a great time in the pool! Our grand daughter was with us this trip, and that hotel at the end of a busy day exploring the areas was always so welcome. The place is always clean, the beds good and the towels fresh. The location is great for the walking to the restaurants in La Crucecita.
