    This is the ONE !

We came to relax, eat good food, swim in a beautiful pool and do some snorkeling. It answered all of these wishes and more. Beautiful modern rooms. If you get the ocean view you will be WOWED when you enter the room for the first time. The staff is very friendly and helpful for all your needs. Highly recommend!

    Journey of Flavors and Aromas

Journey of Flavors and Aromas!! If you want a truly unique experience, why not try sampling a variety of foods, spices, and adult beverages while blindfolded? I thoroughly enjoyed this amazing journey of touch, smell, and taste with Hotel B's phenomenal Food & Beverage Manager, Senor Miguel Angel (Michaelangelo)! He is super knowledgeable and a beautiful human being. I highly recommend the "Journey of Flavors and Aromas" experience to anyone who wants to learn more about how to truly savor all that life has to offer.

Great stay, amazing staff, but rooms are outdated and therefore a bit expensive

We stayed here 6 times since 2018 (most recent visit in October 2024 with a group) and since then there hasn't been any improvement to the rooms in the old building, but the prices have gone up ever since. There are 2 different worlds: Inside and outside. The outside is kept "instagramable (although they removed flowers and bushes), but the the rooms are out-dated. - decorations in rooms have been removed due to catching mold - AC is loud (if working) - working toilet flush and hot shower water depends on the room - street noise is loud because the doors let the noise through - rusty balcony furniture from 2018 in 2024! - restaurant went from "awesome local mexican food in 2018", to a "standard fancy cuisine which is pricy (7 USD for small portion of french fries), the 2nd new restaurant is even more fancy and expensive - slippery and broken tiles in the pool area and even IN the pool, so beware of sharp edges and walk SLOWLY when its wet - chlorine (too much?) in the pool stains your white shorts and light hair, green - they used to have a floating dock with drinks, umbrella and chairs anchored in the ocean, later years it was just the dock and this year it was missing - during our stay we use a device to kill the flies + bugs which really helps, but if it hasn't been set up at the right time, you get eaten alive. On a regular visit you won't have that device, so pack your bug spray! However, after all these complaints, we have to say, we always enjoyed our stay. This is because of the beautiful scenery and the AMAZING staff (some of them even remember our names)! A lot from them have been working there since at least 2018 and they are always happy to help, so the complaints should be handled by the management of the hotel!
