Great boutique hotel at terrific location!
My son and I shared a room for two days. The room was well air conditioned yet not the rest of the hotel. Really no bother. A unique beauty as a boutique hotel. Staff could not have been nicer or more helpful! Great location-we could walk anywhere in the walled city! We obtained two separate drivers to the National Aviary and airport. Breakfast was fine. Fun to watch from the balcony the streets below. Highly endorse!

Great location, friendly service, beautifully decorated.
My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Casa del Coliseo. The lovely boutique hotel is right in the heart of the old city and everything within the city walls is within easy walking distance. Our room was comfortable, but small, which we knew in advance (they have larger and more expensive ones). The staff is very friendly and the made-to-order breakfast is very good. We enjoyed some time during the heat of the day at the lovely but small rooftop pool. Don't expect to swim laps! There were honking car horns through the night and our AC unit was rather noisy. Overall, we got everything that we expected and enjoyed our stay.

Cartagena hotel
Beautiful hotel property in the middle of old town. My room was kind of small and dark, maybe the more expensive rooms are better? Nice shower and good AC. The breakfast was delicious and in a beautiful colonial room with city views. I loved the pool.

A superb place with fantastic service!
We spent ten wonderful nights at this terrific hotel, discovered through the New York Times. The hotel, its furnishing and art is beautiful and high class. We loved the pool in the evenings after a busy day of touring. We had the room with two small terraces so that we could people watch a very busy part of the old city. It was comfortable with a good bed but could be improved with more drawer space for our clothes. It wasn’t too noisy and the shower was excellent. Breakfasts were wonderful, beautifully served and kept us full for nearly the day. Martin, the two Christians and several others were extraordinarily and pleasantly helpful with many requests, though we are inveterate travelers and didn’t require recommendations. They were quite wonderful. PS we greatly enjoyed relaxing at the infinity pool on the 14 th floor of the Hyatt in Bocagrande.

Impeccable service
Amazing service. The staff, especially Martin, planned incredible dinner and nightlife for us. The massage therapist was amazing as well. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and I loved the rooftop pool. After shopping, it was a great place to gather ourselves and relax.
