Daniel Murillo was the absolute best in the buffet! He took very good care of us and always recognized us. The entire hotel was great. Easy access to the beach and great hike in the wall restaurants around. Very short Uber ride to everything, including the Walled City and Getsemani.

The staff here are all very friendly. Not many speak English but, this is Colombia .Not a lot of people speak English This forces you to use the language not a bad thing The maid service is incredible There is only one buffet you can eat at as part of all inclusive Huh? So coffee bar and two other restaurants not included The wait staff in the restaurant not so good. We had to get our own coffee from their station The food, same everyday I had to stop eating at the restaurant because it gave me and my husband diarrhea. Drinks 🍸 no consistency Can't even get a Bourbon considered " top shelf" We ate and drank out mostly Rooms dated Love ❤️ Cartagena and the people The staff beautiful Would recommend another hotel.

The hotel’ staff is the worse. They take advantage of the tourist. My husband lost his passport at the airport when we arrived . They charged him $40 for not having the stamp from immigration. He had his ID with him but they did not care. They told us that this “tax” was going to be reimbursed at the airport when we leave but custom personnel told us that they never reimburse for hotel tax and they we were not supposed to charge us because we were tourists only Colombian or residents pay taxes there.

Lucia Restaurant
me and my family were served by Enyer Cruz at the Lucia Restaurant. His service was top and the food was amazing. The terrace has a great view and the cocktails are meticulously made. we were a large family and there was no problem to accomodate us all in one big table. totally recommend.

Find another place!
I would never stay here again!! It started out ok with 4 nights here through Exoticca and the other 3 in my small group tour were at another Hotel! Why, l don’t know?! On Sunday at 4 am there was a loud wedding on my floor with loud music, people yelling and drunk that went on till 7:30 am! I complained to management and all l got was, “Oh,sorry!” I was pissed! The street vendors really harassed me with all their crap, drugs, prostitution etc! I couldn’t even take a walk without getting harassed! It was horrible! My room was nice and they had a nice free breakfast and a nice dinner buffet for only $10 us $. I was glad to get out of this place and fly home!! Total nightmare!!
