  Please read this is my honest review

  I don’t even know where to start. I usually not one to complain or write reviews however I need to say something before someone else makes a reservation. We were only staying for three days but our experience was terrible. Cockroaches in the room, AC not working, food pretty bad and the eating area has no AC and looks extremely filthy. Some workers are nice some are not. We did the city tour under the impression we weren’t leaving the vehicle because it was advertised as a driving tour well that was a lie me and my family couldn’t do part of the tour because it was not child friendly and also not accommodation for folks who have disabilities. My advice don’t come here yes is cheap but I’m sure if you do some research you can find a decent hotel for a decent price instead of this place. This is my honest opinion stay somewhere else away from this place. I am only giving it one star because the only positive thing is that the location is great and very close to the beach.

  An okay hotel

  We recently stayed at the hotel Cartagena premium and for the price we got what we paid for. The rooms are adequate with the beds being comfortable. Nice to have a hot shower too. The staff are wonderful and work hard. This hotel could be top notch if some upgrades to paint the walls. It’s a nice location to the beach and Bocagrande area. We did the caribe rumba boat tour and playa Blanca trips which were good. We also did the hop on hop off bus which is a good tour too. Really enjoyed Cartagena

  Worst hotel

  We stayed two nights in the beginning of September and I have to say it’s the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in ! The rooms are snappy and dirty and both safe and fridge were broken . There was one broken plastic chair on the balcony and breakfast room was filthy ! I don’t know how this place ever qualified to Be called s hotel. Should be closed down !

  Not going back

  I went there for a quick trip and at my arrival realized that the pictures I saw online had nothing to do with the real situation of the hotel. It’s all old and kind of falling apart, our room had a leak in the roof and would drain water all day. The AC was freezing and there was no way to control it and the hotel staff didn’t help us solve that. The restaurant serves very poor quality food and it all looks in bad conditions, in my first meal there I saw a cockroach coming out of the ventilation grill and decided to tell one of the workers and she did absolutely nothing! This has been by far, my worst hotel stay

  Worst Hotel I have Stayed!

  Good staff but rooms where terrible. A/A only worked on high. Old linen. Towels where old and cheap. Bathroom is so small you can hardly and hardly sit on the toilet. Bed was to hard and with no blanket. Bad room mirror was damped. You can hardly see yourself. Fridge was disconnected with no minibar items. Restaurant breakfast was basic and cheap. Elevators and swimming pool and city sites are the best. Excelent location. Sorry, I will never go back.
