This is not a Hotel
At best it can be described an old house with rooms to rent. We had a large room, with 2 beds. Absolutely no furniture of any kind. Not even a nail in the wall to hang your clothes. When asked the owner where can we put our clothes, he said on the bed. The old house has so many locks, we needed 6 keys. The bathroom was outside the room. I travel 6-7 months a year, and cannot recall a "hotel" this ridiculous. There is a friendly maid called Maria, that is the only good thing about this awful place.

Really great experience.
Stayed here for one night and had such a friendly welcome by the owner. The room was great with air con and a very comfortable bed. We wanted a take away, so the owner walked us to the take away and back which we were very appreciative of. We had a lovely stay here and I would highly recommend it. Felt like home!

Do not recommend!
This is my first review ever, but I was so unsatisfied with the service received at this hotel that I had to share. The hotel is very close to the city centre and it's relatively clean. However, if you have the room on the side of the street, you will not be able to sleep! The street seems very quite, but all night long you'll hear people talking, screaming, putting music and videos on their phones.... We had reserved ALL the rooms for two nights and had asked if we could keep our luggage in the hotel till 4pm the last day. They had kindly accepted but then as soon as we checked out, the old man (who kept on insisting that he is the boss), not only refused, but very rudely almost kicked us out!!!! NEVER AGAIN.

Stay away!
Reserved a couple of rooms here for two nights on forehand (already a couple of months ago). When we arrived they told me that they remodelled all the rooms. I don't know exactly what they did, but I had reserved 6 rooms, and they ended up having only 5. Not 5 available, 5 in total. Or they didn't tell me the truth when booking, or they just remodelled without telling us. We decided to find another place because one couple didn't have a room and also rooms were very tiny and ugly, beds got the plastic around the mattresses etc. etc. The owner got all mad at me and told me that apart of not giving me the deposit back, he would charge me also 2nd night. He treated us so bad, yelling at me, we decided to leave him his deposit and flee! Those people don't tell you the truth, only want money from you and don't acknowledge their errors. I saw that the first review they had here at that time, was the owner writing as if he was a guest at his hotel telling how great the place an staff is. Very unprofessional. I reported that, think trip advisor removed it. It will not surprise me when most positive review about this place turn out to be of friends or family of the owner. This is a typical hotel ( guest house ) that decided to rent out the rooms they had empty and do not care of customer service or anything. Just want money to pay the house. Worse experience I've ever had. Please go to one of the plenty of other affordable hotels in the city.

Can find much better places for less money
I paid 30 dollars for a single room with a fan. The room was small and clean, but I don't feel it was worth 30 dollar. What threw me over the edge about this place was that it advertised a free breakfast and when I tried to order I was told that I had to pay 4 dollars for it. The wifi wasn't very good either. There are plenty of better options in Granada
