Oct 31, 2017THE STAFF AND SERVICE ARE EXCELLENT!!
We've had an extended stay with Hotel de Calidad and the service continues to be excellent! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is very clean & well kept, and breakfasts have been delicious! Our room is cleaned every day or upon request. The area is safe & quiet. It's a great value for the quality of product & service. They've treated us like family and we'd stay again!

THE BEST OF GRANADA! - Fantastic Value, Comfort and Service.
My wife and I stay here each time we come to Granada and absolutely love it. To start the hotel is the cleanest place we've ever stayed at in NI - even cleaner than most North American and European hotels. The service is outstanding, they are so helpful and friendly this place really feels like home. The breakfast is exactly what you need to get a great start on the day - the coffee is delicious and is served to you as soon as you wake up - I really love that. The chef Angelita is wonderful. The hotel is located about a 10 minute walk from the Granada center, which is nice as it gets you away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip. It is absolutely safe here - night watch Ramone is on duty each night and is there to help with anything you may need including the ice cold beers in the fridge. I would say that this isn't exactly a place for partying - more so a place to relax and unwind. The beds are very comfortable, air conditioning always works great. Wifi is very strong as well for streaming Netflix, downloading etc. The private pool is great for cooling off in the afternoon. They also offer tours and transport service with Victor of Nicaragua Trips. We have done the islands and night volcano tours with him and they were excellent. He also offers very affordable and comfortable private transport around the country. We went from San Juan Del Sur all the way to Chinandega (about a 6.5 hour drive) with him and his driving is excellent and very safe. Overall we can't say enough about how great this place is and would recommend to anyone looking for the best accommodations and service Granada has to offer. My birthday trip to Nicaragua
This hotel was a great experience for my friends and I. Very rich in culture and centralized in everything the city of Grenada has to offer. Beds were more than comfortable and the customer service was outstanding. I will def stay here again and recommend it to my family n friends.

Outstanding Customer Service
I highly recommend Hotel de Calidad. I always stay in this hotel when I visit the beautiful city of Granada. The service is fantastic and staff members are knowledgeable and welcoming. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious. Prices are excellent and the location is perfect. The pool area is also amazing. Last but not least, the owner is really nice; she makes sure guests enjoy their stay!

"Outstanding Hotel with Exceptional Service"
I wanted to take a moment to write about what an amazing experience we had at the Hotel de Calidad in the City of Granada, Nicaragua. I visited this beautiful city with my family and we enjoyed our stay here greatly. It's rooms are very clean, spacious, it offers some spectacular views to the Mombacho, the decor, the ambiance was amazing, and with a good location.They have a superb hospitality. The personnel are courteous, they make you feel welcome ever. This place is so lovely.
