Hello I like it a lot is my favorite hotel in ixtapa its food the night Mexican I love megustaria q was more frequent not only 2 days per Week at least undia yes and one day I would not like the reception people to be more friendly ,the staff are very fun and very friendly, I would recommend it widely

EXCELLENT SOLUTION
We stayed at this resort in February a.c just arrived we had a problem with the reserved room and it was solved immediately upon arrival by manager who was immediately very professional and solved the inconvenience immediately, the hotel is without praise and without infamy with excellent facilities excellent structure with access to the equipped beach, the rooms are satisfactory large and with comfortable shower and wide excellent sea views. Excellent restaurant, we always ate well with everything included and breakfast stocked , excellent food with very fast service value for money exceptional recommended definitely, the staff in all areas, accessible also in wheelchairs although the ramps available for the restaurant and access from the pool were better with less slope but both from the restaurant and the pool you can reach the rooms and the lobby. Excellent if I return to ixtapa definitely return to the EMPORIO .congratulations to all great staff.

Beautiful view from my room to the sea. , entertaining. ing in the hotel super well with very trained staff
Overall everything perfect 💯 I would gladly return! Very attentive trained entertainment staff, drinks , snack and all the very rich and varied food., beautiful view , very good towel control , different decoration per day in your restaurant and very delicious tm the specialty one touched us Italian . Thank you Emporio family!

*LONG REVIEW* In our 4 night stay, breakfast plan included and traveling with baby of 6 months. I leave pleasantly surprised at the service, friendliness and hospitality of most of the staff (only a couple of staff had a printable, dry and even rough treatment). However, I give special thanks and appreciation to Mrs. Ema (cook of the restaurant, since every day she helped us with a smile in her mouth and remembering my baby's name, to have her egg cooked), also to Victor (pool waiter) and Luis (breakfast waiter) with their friendly treatment and getting ahead of it, giving that extra in their service that made a difference in our trip. Also Georgina reception and Mrs Erika laundry in the same way friendly, cordial and remembering our names. The only "stones of the shoe" were in reception, at the time of checking in (after a long trip and with baby in arm) a lady (who did not bring a gaffe and seemed to me to be a reception supervisor because of the way she addressed the staff) I did not turn even to see when I said good morning and requested to check in. In fact, I said good morning, and without answering them or seeing me again (I continue to talk to the staff at reception about operating things) and asked me dryly for my IDs. Luckily at that moment Georgina being there at reception addressed me with a smile and I no longer addressed the other receptionist. Likewise a lobby bartender every time I saw myself coming rolled my eyes up and literally made me look like a fuchi (haha) because when requesting a daikiri he charged me the most expensive rum without asking and I told him that for the next please ask me first what alcohol I wanted in my drink if there was going to be extra charge. Overall this hotel is excellent value for money! Very careful to detail, friendly staff, good variety and food seasoning, very clean and well maintained areas. I recommend it and I'm sure I'll come back

I had my dream wedding at Ixtapa emporium, it was the best experience my husband and I could have taken
I had the opportunity to get married at emporio Ixtapa and without a doubt it was more than my partner and I expected exceeded our expectations, since we arrived the attention was always excellent by all the staff, and on the day of our event we were delighted with everything that the hotel offered us, the organizer all the time was on the lookout for everything to go perfect, the food in general is very delicious, and the food they prepare at your event is delicious, all our guests kept telling us how rich they ate, emporio Ixtapa is unparalleled, it was my first time at the hotel, and we certainly thought to return, if you have the opportunity to choose emporio for any event do not hesitate to think about it, you are in the best option.
