  Sketchy

  On several websites it clearly states they have a free shuttle to town...this is a lie. It does not exist. It was the main reason we booked there but ended up having to take taxis back and forth to Coronado. They also advertise a restaurant, never saw a soul eat there in three days. The room had a funny smell and it took at least 6 hours for the air conditioning to cool down the room the first night. It really is as the name implies “hotel camping”. The breakfast was barely okay but definitely get there at 7am when they first put it out as it sits there TIL 10am. We had to ask for toilet paper as there was not a single piece when we got into the room. The pool was about the only decent thing about the whole place but could have been cleaner. And the shower did have decent pressure. Also lists on some website fitness centre and room safe......yet to find.

  Not bad for the price

  We are traveling through Panama on a budget and spent a couple of nights here. It is an older hotel, but it is clean. There is a large pool that is clean and refreshing, and the food is decent. I don't recommend the burgers, but the chicken and rice was delicious. The staff was accomodating. We had some problems with the first room that they gave us and they switched us immediately. Our biggest surprise was that there is nothing close by. I was under the impression that it was close to the beach and town, but it is a 20 minute walk to both. Just keep in mind that this is a budget hotel with limited services and amenities, and you get what you pay for. We were happy with the room and staff, just not the location.

  Late night stop over after flight arrived behind schedule in Panama City

  I went by the place twice even with navigation. It's not marked well with good signage. I guess one shouldn't expect much for $50 per night but even back in the US a Motel 6 or Best Western would have been an upgrade. Served it's purpose though and got a couple of hours of sleep before heading on to Boquete

  Basic Hotel with Terrible Breakfast

  We just needed overnight accomodation as we were attending a party nearby. The room was small but clean, although there was a cockroach in the bathroom. The bathroom was badly organised. The breakfast was awful fried food with bad coffee. This hotel is only suitable if you need somewhere to sleep for a few hours

  Everything good, until....

  Liked the place, very clean, good price, breakfast included and nice rooms. The pool looks good but it wasnt clean, breakfast was good for being included. Receptionist was very nice and gentle, always with a smile. Loved the beds, im big, slept on a small bed and it was really comfortable. The issue i had was that there where thousands of those ants that bite and gives lot of pain aka candelillas inside the room,They need to make a fumigation and take care of it. It can hurt little kids and they can really eat your snacks. Overall everything was good until the issue with the ants and nasty pool.
