Poor Accessibility and Inconvenience
My husband and I chose this hotel for our honeymoon, hoping for a romantic and relaxing getaway. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of expectations. While we understand that not all hotels offer bell service, the lack of elevators and the inconvenient layout of the property made our stay unnecessarily difficult. To make matters worse, the hotel has two entrances to the lobby—one that is accessible and another that is considered the "main" entrance. The main entrance requires guests to carry their luggage up a flight of stairs just to check in. This was our first introduction to the hotel, and it immediately set a frustrating tone for our stay. After finally checking in, we were surprised to find no bell service available to assist with our luggage. This wouldn’t have been a major issue if the hotel had been designed with accessibility in mind. However, after taking the elevator from the lobby, we were met with multiple flights of stairs leading up and down to reach our room. Carrying our heavy bags up and down these stairs was not only physically exhausting but also completely unromantic—hardly the honeymoon experience we had envisioned. The hotel’s layout felt impractical and poorly thought out, especially for guests with luggage or mobility challenges. For a property that markets itself as a destination for special occasions, this lack of consideration was disappointing. Our honeymoon should have been a time of ease and celebration, but instead, we were left frustrated by the unnecessary obstacles. While the room itself was decent, the overall experience was marred by these logistical issues. If you’re planning a romantic trip or traveling with heavy luggage, I’d recommend looking elsewhere for a more accommodating and stress-free stay. This hotel simply didn’t deliver the level of comfort or convenience we expected for such a special occasion.

Good location & excelent breakfast. Get a varm room...
Asked for a room with view, got a room towards the trains & some noise. Changed to a room without view and where the radiator did not work. Ice cold in the room (outside it was 2 degrees C), changed again to a room that was heated ok. But the reseption was quite helpfull in solving the problems...Breakfast excelent.

Incredible vibe, perfect location, kind staff!
I absolutely loved this hotel! Easy self check in, comfortable room and perfect location to walk to the main sites (grand place and royal palace). I can't say enough about the awesome VIBE here wowwwww! Every detail, everything about the aesthetic was fantastic. The staff at the restaurant was so kind to us. As a travel agent I will 100% recommend this hotel!

A world of zen in the middle of bustling Brussels city center
Stayed for a night during our stopover in Brussels in our Europe trip. We were very impressed with the property due to its prime location in Rogier Station, it architecturally designed to boast floral concept. It felt that we entered a different world stepping in to the hotel from the busy street. The Premiere room was great, complete amenities and we also slept really well. The staff was not too friendly but professional, and assigned our room based on our preferences. They are indeed great reflection of the brand. All in all, this is a great property to stay in for both business and leisure purpose. We will definitely be back!

Location perfect for sightseeing , breakfast plentiful although hot food could have been hotter. Perfect stay in a beautiful city.
