    Awesome and magical place, comfortable luxury in the middle of the magical Cartagena. The rooms are comfortable with all the amenities that you need during our trip. The view over the walls of Cartagena is unique during the sunset The food is incredible, “chapeau” to the chef

    Rooms were the cleanest and the atmosphere was beautiful. The staff remained very friendly and helpful with the needs of everyone at the hotel. I would definitely use this location again. I also liked the temperature control in each unit..

    The perfect romantic getaway

    I went to the hotel for my anniversary. The hotel is almost hidden in a discrete street in the walled city. Inside, it's beautifully decorated with a lot of interesting artworks of renowned Colombian artists. The room was perfect. It smelled delicious (we went to the smells producer's store which is in the city as well and bought some for home). The breakfast was always delicious and a la carte. And the highlight of the stay was a perfect service, from the manager and the staff.

    Fantastic location in Old Town

    This really is a beautiful 7 bedroom boutique hotel , I had booked the suite as a surprise for my wife , it was everything that they show plus . Breakfast was delicious,with fresh fruit and eggs any way you wanted . The staff are very courteous and the managers all speak English. A perfect location to see everything that Cartagena has to offer . Overall a very nice visit for 3 nights.

    ok so lets focus on the positive, extremely nice, helpful and accommodating staff and The room was very clean. When we arrived our room had been double booked by Expedia and the manager gave us a complimentary night, again very kind. However the bed was hard but the pillows were far worse, they did exchange them but that was no help, also our room was under what we think was the pool equipment and we were woken up by it. hotel is in need of some up keep as well, I mention this because the rates are pricy.
