    Great Value!

    Obviously, not a true 5 star but based on value it would rate it 7 stars. The beds are comfortable and room very clean. The staff was very friendly. The oool aligned with the beach was great place to hang out. Breakfast was good variety but repetetive. It’s my second time and I can’t wait to go back.

    A very enjoyable stay

    Very pleasant hotel, staff helpful, good position on the main road. Coffee shop served excellent coffee and cakes. Pool was well kept and clean. Staff always ready to help. Rooms cleaned to a good standard. Good shower with quality soaps. Air con kept room bearable.

    Value for money

    The rooms were very basic, worn with a musty smell, but clean and comfortable. I had good night sleep despite some noise from pool and street. The location is great right on the beach and the pool is a great place to enjoy drinks after beach time. The staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was very good. I would stay here again.

    Best choice I’ve made/ la mejor decisión en CTG.

    Si quieren un hotel donde el descansar y pasarlo de maravilla, Playa Club es el hotel indicado. El servicio es de maravilla, tiene desayuno tipo Buffet y acceso directo a la playa de Bocagrande. Las habitaciones son cómodas y tienen los amenities necesarios, cuentan con AC. Volveré porque vale la pena volver. ¡Gracias! If you guys want to have a pleasant stay in Cartagena, Playa Club Hotel is your hotel. Hotel service is great, people are nice and willing to assist you. Breakfast is included buffet style, it has direct access to Bocagrande Beach. Rooms are comfortable, equipped with AC and all the amenities needed. I’ll be back.

    Cool family experience

    Confortable, clean, very polite personal and a very convenient place. Just in front of the Beach, with a nice swiming pool and close to a lot of stores. I would go back for sure. Since the begining they make you feel like in home.
