    Much to Enjoy

    Lovely clean hotel with very pleasant and attentive staff. We had a huge room with balcony looking onto the square. However, the paving was being replaced in the square which precluded us from using the balcony due to dust and noise. Also, there is no privacy from the neighbouring balconies. We enjoyed fresh fruit, granola with yogurt and honey and freshly-prepared omelettes for breakfast. Would highly recommend.

    Love it.

    The hotel’s atmosphere was wonderful. The ongoing cleanliness I noticed throughout my stay was impressive. The staff were very cooperative and friendly. And finally, the hotel’s location is excellent, right in the city center. It’s also worth mentioning that the hotel has a café that’s among the most famous and delicious in the city.

    Prime hotel A++

    Really can't ask for more, friendly and helpful staff, free delicious breakfast, fast response time, clean spacious rooms and prime location. Bonus- environmental friendly, offering refillable bottles and recycle bins in rooms. 100% recommend!

    Perfect boutique hotel on the square

    Absolutely delightful boutique hotel. Not many rooms, but all are large. We got upgraded to one with a balcony overlooking central park. Nice bathroom and shower -- not large but nice. Air conditioning. And the staff were fantastic. Anxious to please. Willing to do whatever to help. Really good breakfast -- one day was order from menu, next day had more guests and they did a buffet with most of the items on the menu. Both days included made to order eggs. Lobby bar was very small, and didn't open till 6 pm, but drinks were quite good and not expensive. Totally delighted with this hotel and would recommend to friends.

    Great place except for the shower and breakfast

    Great location across from the plaza, within easy walking distance of many restaurants. The staff, every single one, was polite, courteous, and helpful. The place is beautiful and spotless. I wanted to give it five stars but the shower was terrible. There is an on-demand water heater under the bathroom sink that cycles on and off when you need hot water. So the shower water goes from room temperature to extremely hot in a few seconds. Then it slowly fades to room temperature over a minute or two and then returns to scalding hot. And the breakfast was pretty average, not bad, but it doesn’t measure up to anything else here except the shower. I don’t think I’d stay here again.
