  Amazing! Not one complaint

  Amazing customer service!! Everything was really clean and the room was super comfortable. We came early the first day and they helped us check-in and get our room faster. The view from the pool was breathtaking! There weren’t many breakfast options but everything was delicious and it was something different everyday, they even offered dessert!

  I would go somewhere else, bad management

  I do not recommend this hotel because of the bad management. Although the superior room had a good view, many things in this hotel are not professional. After check in, they made us sign a paper that we were satisfied with the room, which means they anticipated problems. The breakfast is a buffet, but you cannot take the food yourself. They serve you from the buffet dishes. Which is just unnecessary for me. At checkout, they made us pay around $25 because there was a stain on the sheet, that they couldn’t remove manually. I argued that they have to thoroughly wash it in the laundry before charging me, but I paid because of my peace of mind. In general, the amenities are basic, the swimming pools are tiny, and we didn’t find them interesting to use. The staff was mostly friendly. I think it was not worth the money.

  Do yourself a favor. Don't estay here.

  It's not a pleasant experience at all. The hotel was a good price in appearance. Has good beach access and to minuscule pools that maintain a weird green color. The restaurant is fair for the price you pay. The real problem comes when you have to deal with the people. Some receptionists are really rude, and the manager it's simply incompetent. We had a problem because twice 2 people supposedly working for the hotel entered our room using a master key without knocking. The excuse was they did not know we were staying at the hotel. Not safe at all having random people entering your room. Apart from that this hotel thinks having the room service clean your room at 7 pm ots a great idea and experience for the people estaying there. The experience overall was so bad and so unpleasant that we decided to leave one night early. Of course, they did not reimburse any of the money for that night. If you have the opportunity yo stay here. Please let it pass. Thank me later.

  The Worst hotel experience. Do not stay here !

  We booked a one bed hotel stay for one night. Worst customer service experience ever. They tried charging for everything they could! $40 dollars for towels with sand on it ??? Like how do they expect clients to come back when they want to charge for POINTLESS THINGS THAT SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN THE STAY FEE. Also, they charged $50 dollars extra at check out because they said they did not charge us for the two of us for the room…… come on now make it make sense. The room smelled moldy, the shower was sooo small you hit yourself trying to move in it. They only give you one card and in order for you to have electricity in the room the card must be inserted …. Also don’t book any tours with the agency in the building they charge triple the price than what your guides do.

  Great hotel lovely staff

  Stayed with my partner for just over a week, had a great time from start to finish, the views from the hotel are lovely, Nadia(one of the receptionist) was super helpful and welcoming. I really do not have anything bad to say we would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Cartagena :)
