Very nice hotel with good location. Perfect breakfast. The room was very good and silence. I'll choose this hotel next trip.

Great Hotel
Perfect Hotel in a perfect location. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are wonderful. Great restaurants nearby and the public transport system is just across the road. Also plenty of small bars which provide endless hours of fun if you like this.

Clean and comfortable room, good breakfasts. A couple of small issues 1) Bar area is far to small for a large hotel 2) There are no charging points for mobile phones

Great hotel and fantastic breakfast. Good location and clean!
Check in was easy, with the staff not overly friendly but efficient. Room was on the top floor (17th) and was a corner king size room. The cleanliness was great and the room was always cleaned each day. I couldn't work out how the AC/Air con worked as the control panel did not function correctly but I managed to find the right spot for warmth. There was also underfloor heating around the door and bathroom area which was a nice surprise. The bathroom was an area of the room (rather than a separate room), with shower and toilet separated by doors. The bed and room was comfortable and pleasant, however the location of power points were a bit inconvenient as there was two either side of the bed on the floor and two randomly right next to the sink which I thought was a bit dangerous. To use the kettle, one would have to either plug it into the sockets by the sink or on the floor by the bed. Storage was adequate for a few nights and the safe was fine and big. TV worked fine and had a lot of international channels. Highlight was the large offering of breakfast items each morning, which were high quality and the staff were great. Along with the views from the 17th floor, although slightly masked by the scaffolding outside (which I had been prewarned about) Overall not a bad stay!

Berlin Weekender
Perfect weekend in Berlin and the Accommodation is always the element to set it off. They want more characters. So .... Staff were great rooms very modern amazing bathroom amazing underfloor heating. Location spot on. If you have never been before cross over the road and enter a world of amazing shops.
