A very peaceful and comfortable stay in Panama
The hotel is located in the city center. We had a very peaceful and comfortable stay. We walked around at night and its avery safe location. The staff is very friendly and the check-in/check-out process was very smooth. the room is sapcious enough and very cozy. Loved our stay there.

Not a 5 star experience
This hotel felt like a 3 star hotel cosplaying as a 4 star hotel, which is concerning when it is a 5 star hotel. The decor is dated, the WiFi is slow, check in took 25 minutes only for my room key to deactivate every time I entered and left the building, meaning I constantly had to go back to the front desk for it to be reset. The pool area is okay, but the decor could use a little bit of refreshing. I was most shocked when I took a second pool towel and was shouted at by an attendant who informed me they have a one towel per person rule - not something I have seen at any hotel I've ever stayed at in the past. Location is OK. It was easy to get Ubers (which are very reasonably priced in the city). Despite the long waits for the front desk the staff were kind and professional. They did let me have a check in one hour earlier than originally scheduled, which I appreciated, and for which I give it 2/5.

Great location
Easy access to walk or Uber as needed. 18 minutes to Casco Viejo. Amazing breakfast spread! Great staff!

A decent well priced option in Panama.
It was a difficult decision to give the average rating, it was actually between average and very good. The hotel is a little older and in need of updating, the room reminded me of a Novotel rather than a higher end hotel. Be prepared for long waits for the elevators if the hotel is busy and note the executive lounge on the ground floor closes at 5pm. Having said that the staff were great, check in was very quick and the complicated WiFi log in was explained well. I only ate breakfast and lunch in the hotel, there are many great restaurants in Panama. Breakfast each day had minor changes to provide variety. Location makes it easy to get around with a transport desk outside the main entrance, there is a large outlet mall nearby that is a 10 minute walk but it's at least 50% empty stores. If you're in to fast food there's lots right around the hotel. A visit to the old town and Panama canal are a must. The Panamanians are lovely people.

Great for a business trip
More of a business hotel than a recreation hotel, it was clean, effective and had a very friendly staff. Located in the financial district of town it wasn't ideal, but old town was only a short Uber ride. Breakfast was more than plentiful with a wide variety of options. They had multiple bars and places to eat, a fantastic coffee bar but really slow elevators. There was a nice little pool and cute pool bar as well. The price was right, especially if you are in the neighborhood for business. There was also a rockin' pastry/ice cream shop right down the street.
