This hotel was amazing! The breakfast buffet had many options to choose from and all the food was delicious! The room was very clean and had a nice view. The lobby was beautiful as well. This hotel even has a convenient gift shop inside.

Lovely Riu Plaza Panama
We spent 5 nights at the Riu Plaza Panama Hotel, it was a delight,staff very friendly specially at the lobby cafeteria staff were very helpful. (Gracias ladies ) really nice customer service. The rooms are large and comfortable. The entire hotel is very clean. The pool area is very pleasant and the service is excellent. The breakfast buffet is fabulous. We really enjoyed our stay .Thanks to all of you . Gracias Panama .

This is not a four—or five-star property at all. It is maybe a three-star property at best. The pictures online are from when the hotel was brand new. The hotel and its rooms are in dire need of refurbishment. You will be disappointed when you see your room. There are much better hotels in Panam for the same price.

Mar 22, 2025A wonderful birthday trip and we will be back to Riu again!
The hotel was beautiful! The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was huge and delicious!! We had a great time, celebrated birthday’s received a thoughtful gift from RIU. The pool area was bit small, but we enjoyed our time at Riu!

Great Hotel with great staff
Ouir stay was great. The hotel is in good condition and has good amenities such as the gym and pool. Every meal we had at the hotel ( pool, room service and breakfast ) was excellent and very well priced. We found the staff both helpful and friendly.
