Amazing stay!
Nothing negative to say, spotless experience, would recommend it to anyone breakfast included, such a pleasant experience in every single aspect!

Stylish, classy hotel in perfect location with excellent staff.
We visited as a family group of three couples and the hotel accommodated our request for rooms near to each other. The staff were polite, helpful, friendly and efficient. We could not fault anything. The food was very good, the hotel is decorated beautifully and the rooms are lovely with very comfortable beds. The location was perfect for Dublin and is centrally close to everything. Will definitely visit again.

I think these guys can do better…
Really poor service in the restaurant tonight - quite possibly my face didn’t fit :(. Hopefully, it’s a one off. On a positive note, the room was clean. But as one door closes…another one appears. Tucking into a great meal at XI’AN street food, some 5 mins away.

Pretty standard functional hotel
My mother went here in the 1950’s and it was one of the most elegant hotels in Dublin. It was still like that when I went there 20 years ago. It isn’t like that now. The room cost over 300 euros per night, it turned out this was due to dynamic pricing based on the Ireland v New Zealand rugby game that weekend. At half this price it would probably be good value based on its location close to all the main sights in Dublin. The hotel is very large, breakfast was plentiful and the staff were efficient. Parking cost an extra 54 Euros for two days. Overall an expensive couple of days for something reminiscent of a Travelodge. Having said all this the door staff were helpful with our luggage and very friendly. I would stay again but only if it was a lot less expensive.
