    Great place to stay.

    My daughter and I stayed for 9 Nights, we wished it was longer. We liked the location , very quiet, short walk to La Ropa beach and some restaurants. Also close to the bus stop or taxi stand. we did not find English TV, so we just did without, Noe and staff very nice.

    Wonderful stay at Villa el Arca

    My mom and I really enjoyed our stay at the Villa el Arca. The Villa was very clean and comfortable. It has a small kitchenette so we were able to bring in some groceries. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed sitting out on the large open deck. The Villa is not oceanfront but is close enough to hear the ocean waves. In the morning you hear all the local birds. The owner and staff are pleasant and take pride in looking after the Villa and guests. It has a nice relaxing pool area which we enjoyed. The Villa is a very short walk to Playa La Ropa beach. There are a few restaurants close by and taxis and local buses were easily accessible. We were very pleased with our stay and will definitely visit again.

    “We’re not Canadian” 😎🏖

    Our first time at Villa el Arca, for only a week....we definitely hope to return & for longer!! After 3 flights each way it’s a shame to stay only a week!! Very beautiful and comfortable place. All rooms face the ocean & sunsets are fantastic!! So nice to have the kitchenette-especially for the fridge and coffee maker 🍺 ☕️ Neighbor even welcomed us with 2 beers 🍻 upon our arrival!! All other guests were friendly and respectful of others. We felt very secure here too. Owner Noe was very helpful, friendly and welcoming!!😎 He gave us a small bunch of bananas🍌 from one of the trees there. Staff Arturo & Rubin were both friendly and helpful, as were the quiet girls that kept our rooms so nice and clean. WiFi was spotty & worked better at different times and locations....but who cares while on vacation? Same thing with the tv....couldn’t figure it out & just decided not to even bother!! All other guests & most people we met were Canadians 🇨🇦 On our last breakfast we met people from Wisconsin 😎 Perfect retirement vacation for my husband ❤️😀

    Clean quiet close to La Ropa beach

    We stayed three nights and had a wonderful time. We had a one bedroom. Two double beds .outdoor kitchen on the patio with table and sitting area. They a lovely pool we did not use as place is fifty feet from beach with great restaurants and bars and swimming I would not hesitate to go back.Loved it!

    Going Back to the Place we Love!

    This is about our 10th Visit, we stayed for 2 weeks, could have stayed 2 months. Perfect place for a family vacation, quiet peaceful and close to the beach and an abundance of restaurants. Quick cab/bus ride to downtown Zihuat. Planning to go back next year for sure. Attentive owner, super staff, Great Place!!
